As an artist since 2018 I wanna clear something, I used to trace poses and and hands when I was a beginner and I got some hate because of that, so I started to train by tracing without posting them and now my art is amazing, in short instead of tracing without learning anything from it it's better to use it to learn by practicing after figuring out how it was drawn
This community can’t have a break. Why can’t people just give proper credits or make their own. LIKE ZAYNA LITERALLY TOOK A BOX FROM SOMEONE! It's funny like I watched Mika Rou's new video and she said that someone in the comments said that her art is traced but I really don't believe it because of their lack of evidence and probably jealous of her talent. In this situation is a complete opposite. Angel Zayna literally traced on hands, clothes, and other things without proper credits including the box like how hard to draw on that lmao. I hope that she learned her lessons after this and probably apologize to those original creators for tracing.
tl;dr: people dont need to be jealous to dislike someones content and not the person itself just saying you can dislike mika rous choice of content without being ‘jealous’ im not jealous of her tweening because in my personal opinion can probably recreate her tweening style, nor am i jealous of her gacha editing skill because i dont do gacha edits often😀 but i still dislike the choice of content also, dont you have that strange mindset when youre 20 years old?? 💀
I mean Mika Rou still isn’t the best person, at one point she used my art for her CM video, (said art was posted on instagram and watermarked, also it wasn’t art I did for CM, just art I did with the CM base) without credit. When someone asked her to credit me on my behalf, she at first couldn’t understand why I would want credit for my art. But in the end she gave me credit. Also to make this worse the first version of that thumbnail ahead both my art and some assets from some of my fellow designers, and when they asked for credit, she removed my art and the assets, only to change it back to just my art later

So, about me not knowing how to draw. Well, as a person who's already a tracer in the first place (!!!FULL CREDIT TO THE ORIGINAL OWNERS FOR THE BASES!!!), I do honestly feel bad for what the original artists, who Angel_zayna traced, had to go through with being traced by Angel or anyone else. Now before all of you come raging in my comment, DO let me explain. Firstly, I'm SLOWLY getting better at drawing. But, I still don't know how to make a straight line. Even with or without a ruler, digital or handdrawn But if you take a look at my artwork so far, you can clearly see that I didn't use any other pose base for most of them. I mean, sure. I created my own base through some Gacha apps/mods, and yet I still do it since I don't know jack crap about drawing full poses. There's a bit of a lesson for ya, I guess. And hopefully this explains my path of becoming a tracer. Not a bad tracer, but a LEARNING tracer (Again, slowly getting better. But, I can't draw worth a darn [lol]). Do take care now, and as two of my favorite youtubers always say: "Stay awesome!" and "May harmony finds you."
If the tracing actually helps improve your art and you’re not claiming that it’s yours and you don’t post it, you’re safe and fine. I used to try to copy exactly of what other artists drew (I began traditional but the image was digital) and that was really cringe of me, but I eventually learnt to draw original content.
Exactly the point. To me, doing that sort of thing is like a practice. But as I thought how bad it is (since I've seen so many calling out a tracer), I just got a little better. Once more, even without a base. But now I'm starting to create my own pose base through gacha apps/mods, I'm slowly getting better at drawing the full poses. But when it comes to using a base from an artist, I kept it to myself. Mind you once again, this is before I even started this YT channel for fun and I barely even know how to do YT. I'll keep saying this and I do apologize, I can't draw as well as Flo or any other talented artists. Through my art while looking back, it looks like I drew a bobblehead figure of Lavender Wings, myself, or any youtuber I drew. I can't draw full body poses. Heck, I can't even draw freaking hands or fingers.
I honestly do trace yes but only to get used to drawing. I just find the image on google on a website or smt and I use it. It never says anything about copyright or og artists but whenever I use an art that isn't mine, I just say that the art isn't mine and idk who the og artist is/put the name and link the artist
In those videos where she got exposed for tracing, she apologized. However, I’m indeed sure that if Flo did not expose her, she wouldn’t have apologized. Obviously she knows that she had to credit, if she watched the TikTok’s where she traced she saw that they requested for credit. She also stated that she was going to credit, but I checked her videos but she never credited (correct me if I’m wrong). Crazy. Also, off topic from the video and my comment but, your art has gotten so much better, Flo! Keep drawing! :D ❤
My opinion is tracing is fine for learning or if your art needs guidance, but you ALWAYS need to credit the og artist or don't post it. It's better to not trace if you want to become good at art. Instead do art studies!
As someone who uses free props for my videos, i credit every artist for the prop, and i only use the free to use ones. And i sometimes draw my own props. There's a different between tracing and using free to use bases.

The worst part is that some of the artists don’t want things to be traced, like the “there was a certain man in Russia long ago” (OLD TREND BTW, THE CREATOR OF THE BASE SHOWN IN SHORTS DIDNT WANT IT TO BE USED) so history is basically repeating itself (the trend didn’t die though, ppl are using different bases and (maybe) giving credit.)
One correction. F2u bases always require credit, they are free to use if you credit the artist and do not remove any watermark on the base (if there is one). Nothing is free to use without credit, that's how f2u bases work.
Reading the pinned comment, and seeing she’s 11/12 makes me feel so bad for the other people in those two specific ages (such as myself) and how 11/12 yr olds are presented as, “emo, cringe, ignorant, irresponsible, etc.” and mostly ignoring the fact there are actual 11/12 yr olds that are way better than what is said across the internet. I hope she makes a well-made and good apology, we need that hope of light right now since there’s been a lot going on.
Artists can’t catch a break from tracing and stealing these days.. Hopefully, they will own up to their mistakes! It’s so sad to see many artists’ hard work being stolen.

OMG i loved the vid where you make the SHAKE IT collab with Mika rou!!! It was so cuteeee❤❤❤ Around last year and older, i loved to trace and just add things extra, only using a base from Google and making the others myself. Now, as i was drawing for fun, i realized my art was starting to look better. I learned not to trace and just draw things myself. Its just because I was not good at art at older days, and i need to trace.
Even if she is 11/12, she sould know at the bare minimum that tracing without credit isn't ok. However I will give her the benefit of the doubt since she is still 11/12. (Also the art looks REALLY COOL :D

Like Yes it May be “wrong” but still expect it to fucking happen. It’s the Internet you have literally control over nobody besides yourself, for example, me, I use bases all the fucking time that’s because they are Bases. In the end result, it doesn’t matter and nothings going to fucking happen because you can’t “get her banned” or whatever you think your end goal is.
But what if they don't know that they are tracing? Because some gachatubers uses ideas from pintrest and also says that those ideas are from "pintrest" without knowing the actual artist of it. Because in pintrest we all know that there ain't any sign of the real artist (not very much).
Pinterest is also the thing to blame Like people would just reposting it on Pinterest, not giving credits, what so ever And other that saw it just assume it’s free and stuff so they would use it
I did use the hands u mentioned in the video early on, i did add the link to the hands since i didn't know the creator of them and i didn't feel confident to draw that day. I saw another person give the link to the hands too. But using them without ANY credit is just sick.

Yes, it will be okay to use a base if the original creator allows, but in this case, she did not give a credit nor tell her fans it's a base, which is same as saying she made it. Well, she gave credits now so I guess the drama is ✨️over✨️

It’s not hard to make things yourself, you just got to try and if it goes well it goes well, and if you fail you fail. That’s basically how it works, you shouldn’t trace no matter what. (Unless it’s practice, a base, or you give credit and don’t claim it as yours and don’t steal the whole thing)

She also traced art, 1 month ago in her cp the art she made for that girl has inconsistent lining - which is common in tracing And aswell a video she posted on the 5th of June she made a gacha art video which both the art styles are not similar in any way, and also has inconsistent lining, my friend also has seen a peice of art which is similar to the drawing, though he doesnt know where he saw the art and doesnt have a picture of it.

The base use originally was not even a base and was traced From Unknownspy's artwork then uploaded to pinterest as a base. People do this a lot

Reading the pinned comment, and seeing she’s 11/12 makes me feel so bad for the other people in those two specific ages (such as myself) and how 11/12 yr olds are presented as, “emo, cringe, ignorant, irresponsible, etc.” and mostly ignoring the fact there are actual 11/12 yr olds that are way better than what is said across the internet. I hope she makes a well-made and good apology, we need that hope of light right now since there’s been a lot going on.
Artists can’t catch a break from tracing and stealing these days.. Hopefully, they will own up to their mistakes! It’s so sad to see many artists’ hard work being stolen.

Around last year and older, i loved to trace and just add things extra, only using a base from Google and making the others myself. Now, as i was drawing for fun, i realized my art was starting to look better. I learned not to trace and just draw things myself.
Its just because I was not good at art at older days, and i need to trace.
Even if she is 11/12, she sould know at the bare minimum that tracing without credit isn't ok. However I will give her the benefit of the doubt since she is still 11/12. (Also the art looks REALLY COOL :D

If it is on the Internet expect it to be, Reused, traced and stolen. If it is a blank base like that, as a b a s e, it is 110% free to use.
Like Yes it May be “wrong” but still expect it to fucking happen. It’s the Internet you have literally control over nobody besides yourself, for example, me, I use bases all the fucking time that’s because they are Bases. In the end result, it doesn’t matter and nothings going to fucking happen because you can’t “get her banned” or whatever you think your end goal is.

But what if they don't know that they are tracing? Because some gachatubers uses ideas from pintrest and also says that those ideas are from "pintrest" without knowing the actual artist of it. Because in pintrest we all know that there ain't any sign of the real artist (not very much).

I did use the hands u mentioned in the video early on, i did add the link to the hands since i didn't know the creator of them and i didn't feel confident to draw that day. I saw another person give the link to the hands too. But using them without ANY credit is just sick.

It’s not hard to make things yourself, you just got to try and if it goes well it goes well, and if you fail you fail. That’s basically how it works, you shouldn’t trace no matter what. (Unless it’s practice, a base, or you give credit and don’t claim it as yours and don’t steal the whole thing)

And aswell a video she posted on the 5th of June she made a gacha art video which both the art styles are not similar in any way, and also has inconsistent lining, my friend also has seen a peice of art which is similar to the drawing, though he doesnt know where he saw the art and doesnt have a picture of it.

Des gens vont venir critiquer, insulter une personne qui trace alors que celle ci trace pour apprendre les base ect.. D'autres (Comme la fille que tu viens de mentionné) trace pour tracer et s'approprie le travail des autres. C'est juste gênant pour eux quand ça va être découvert, ils vont rien apprendre, et seront critiquer un certain temps 💀
J'admets, que quand j'avais commencé le gacha et le dessin, j'ai tracé. J'ai finis par arrêter et faire mes propres bases par moi même, en utilisant des références.. Encore pour quelques personne utilisé une réf c'est comme tracer et eux je l'ai comprends pas 💀
En tout cas, même si on dévoile au grand jour les traceurs, on est jamais sur s'ils arrêtent ou pas.. Voir ils vont dire on ment 💀
