My chins were so sore for almost a week from doing exercise No.3. I thought how bad can they be? Never done them before so in my karate frame of mind I said "time to sweep the leg Johnny" . I did 3 sets of 25 reps with a very tight band. I have never bought so much ibuprofen and IcyHot in my life. This is now a part of my leg day routine in the gym. Thank you ❤❤❤
Do these exercises help a very clumsy person like me? I have a feeling I need to workout the lower part of my body to not be so clumsy anymore and this workout routine is indeed very helpful, thank you @thekarateshrimp!
These exercises will help correct any muscle imbalances that are present, and help improve flexibility, strength, and mobility. This can also help improve balance, which could help with clumsiness if that's the reason for it. 🙏

Do you have anything for hip mobility and hip strength? Coming off a wrestling injury so one side is more developed and I get pains now.
