Mt Ruapehu, New Zealand: First Time Skiing!

Join us as we hit the slopes at Mt Ruapehu for an epic beginner ski adventure!
From Napier, we traveled as early as 7:30 in the morning to avoid traffic. passed by Taupo and arrived noon at the Village.
We purchased tickets online for the ski trip but on the day itself since we wanted to see the weather if its good for skiing.

We did a beginner lesson for the ski as we haven't actually learn the basics of skiing formally. It was a great experience, we went there in the month of July, snow weren't that much but the lower part of the Ski resort was already opened.
Please consider the weather if you are planning to go to any Ski resort as it would make or break your whole trip!!!
Also, do rent your gears at the lower part of the Sky Waka ski resort to avoid long walks.
Overall we just actually enjoyed ourselves as we weren't professional skiers, we were just friends who had a great time spending time with each other!!!
