  • So Yah, I have some things to still say about this whole new age of consumerism! You have to think more cautiously about the value and purpose of the products you are buying and eating?
    What's is value, does is have a purpose that is better than just enjoying a good container of chocolate milk after you've had a really good workout?
    You have to look at the sodium and carb and fat and calorie content of all these products most especially for the keto products, most really are not keto friendly whatsoever!
    I do respect those with legit allergies with nuts or gluten and have sugar issues. But healthy people aren't going to benefit by following all these extra conditions in their diets by denying their bodies essentially starving their bodies of what it actually needs! You simply are not going to lose more weight by doing these things!
    You will in fact send your body into starvation mode, where it will shut down or slow down the processing of foods and look for all the fat and calories it can store in order to keep the body alive according to what your body thinks it needs based on how it was made to function! So you will either stay the same on the scale or just go up on it instead!
    The answer to is to actually just EAT FOOD, smaller portions more often is by far the best and healthiest way to do this! And to plan your higher carb or calorie meals around heavy work outs or activities like your rowing team activities, as this is when your body needs it so that it doesn't store all the calories and fat from meals and lower intake of those things at times when it is needed!
    As for hunger it is actually fact that ORANGE JUICE and MILK quenches are thirst better! It is important to balance the right amount of liquids with a variety of healthy things to drink, so not solely depend on water it is not the healthiest or only way to go! It takes all kinds of combination of things to have healthy skin, teeth, hair and bones!
    And also note that our thirst and need for fluids actually does come out often as a symptom of hunger! So it's not the food out body is looking for, this is where you need to drink a 6 to 8 ounce glass of orange juice and wait 15 minutes to see what your body is telling you then? Your hunger will reduce when it's actually just fluid intake it is needing which changes the amount of food we are consuming drastically in very healthy ways!
    And yest it's ok to have coffee but you must remember to drink the balanced amount of water to go with the coffee you drink, this is why good sit down restaurants serve water at customers tables! :/
    A woman's body only needs about 1.5 liters of fluids a day and it doesn't have to be strictly water, what is important is that we are getting the right amount liquids into our body that it's needing for healthy living and remaining strong and active in all that we do!
