They do comp with Ramattra is in custom games. Them doing Ramattra in comp is NOT official comp. Also a lot of the pros/content creators did this type of thing in the early access in Overwatch 2 beta of Ramattra. So that is why you see people playing Ramattra in comp. You can do it yourself if you want as well with people. So yeah, have fun 👍
