It looks like my access version does not show a pop up with the button command wizard, struggling to create an action for the button. Is it a build event?
I had to click the drop-down button for the controls section on the Design tab, and right-click and add Use Controls Wizards to my quick access bar. In the quick access bar, I made sure it was on by looking for the icon to shadowed. I then had to go to the design view instead of the layout view. Then I selected the button from the controls section and in the detail section on the form I held the left mouse button to create the button to the size I wanted. As soon as I let go of the left mouse button the wizard finally opened.
There is! You can click here to access our text-based Access 2016 tutorial, which has a downloadable sample database available in most of the lessons: www.gcflearnfree.org/access2016/. We hope it helps!
It is possible to add data to more than one table from a single form. If a table is connected to another table (with a table relationship), Access will add a subform automatically when you create a form based on the table. You can read our lesson on Creating Forms for more information: edu.gcfglobal.org/en/access2016/creating-forms/1/. Hope it helps!
I'm sorry, but they'll need Access to be able to open the database. You can click here for our free Access 2016 text-based tutorial, which has sample databases for you to use: www.gcflearnfree.org/access2016. We hope it helps!

Forms can certainly be used for this, although each question will probably need to be manually created. We're not sure if there's a way to speed up the process, but we feel like it would be a fairly involved form. We hope this helps!
I was wondering because right now I have a table with ID's for each question and answer plus the text for every answer and question in those tables. But if I could just make a form with multiple fields it would work in a similar manner maybe? Just curious, thank you for your quick response.

Could Access forms be used to create a questionnaire consisting of hundreds of questions?
