Adrian, spot on! I also work at a Title 1 but high school....so all those challenges you mentioned i.e. behavioral, emotional, learning (cognitive), etc., magnified by 100! Structure for them is not as effective as if they were in elementary, they are teenagers! but they do help in some ways. The positive is that I find satisfaction in providing guidance for them. There are some that do achieve but it is a small %. Thanks for your video

Possibly having to work to support their families as well as maturation to name a few. Thank you for sharing what makes it positive for you =) It is so easy to burn out, but remembering some of the good things that happen help me hang on.
