    My husband is from Ukraine and his family from both sides and I love it and I love them both so much and I actually got a chance to make this I've been making this for actually I'm trying to do it I don't do it exactly right but anyway thank you

      Both sides I meant the Ukraine in Poland I love to learn about foods in the week when my eyes to go over to my husband's house and my husband's house and I just really enjoyed the parents that they were and they are in my life is like you know I love them so much

    How about my husband will talk to me about he says the word for this tonight I don't know exactly and I meant to say he says the word for this and I'm really happy when he says that we've had so many troubles but it's at I love when he says that because 304 years

    What part of Ukraine? never have meat in cabbage rolls in our Ukraine, never, only ones with meat are german rewcipe

      @@cookwithloveandcat no because cabbage rolls are made for Christmas which is meatless so cabbage rolls are made meatless

      @@mr.november4838 at Christmas one is not allowed to eat meat that is when they were made first and at Easter, vegetarian for religious dates

      What's in the Ukrainian cabbage roll??? I would LOVE to honor Ukrain with their original hulubtsi... I so hope I am spelling it correctly.

      The name "holubtsi" is derived from the word for pigeon in Ukrainian: holub. In a bygone era in Ukraine, a local dish served at aristocratic feasts was prepared by wrapping pigeons in cabbage leaves and cooking them on a spit or grill! Glory to Ukraine!
