1:41 you can skip that entire stage 2 if you have friend and will save you a tones of times
I hate how almost everyone has skilled friends to help them with the final part except for me :(
You could go a bit faster if you took the shortcut at the first thing of the 2nd section

great job I got 4:51 without help in the run I did some skips for anybody trying to speedrun too here are some skips
0:21 you can walk across it without jumping but it is very inconsistent so I don't recommend in a public server because it will be annoying to try that over and over for probably only 1-2 seconds
(0:34 it is definitely possible to skip the 2nd jump but this probably saves like 0.75 seconds especially considering that the jump probably requires you to shiftlock sideways)
0:42 you can jump from the end of that U towards the checkerboard saving like 1 second
(1:17 small time save can be done by staying to the left so you can jump to the stair)
1:41 HUGE SKIP just walk around that part of the obby and you can jump past this saves probably 3-5 seconds and is just easier
(2:03 small time save to just jump to the platform without going to grey)
(2:09 another small time save just jump to the green platform instead of walking around)
4:48 I believe it is faster to get slapped there but that requires huge coordination
also for those solo players like me you can cut corners on the last killbrick wrap and it is probably possibly to jump from the 2nd killbrick wrap to the end but that is too risky and it might not be possible

obviously the doomspires can be done faster but that is just something to master
these can be done smoother and smoother usually = faster
There are many other skips that require getting slapped so I think sub 3:00 is possible because I met somebody who got 3:45 or something close to that with slap skips they are insane

You can skip the 2nd map with a person slapping you but not telling

sub 4:00 is theoretically possible with a few skips
Skips include:
Wall jumping around some killbricks
Taking the map shortcut at the beginning of crossroads
Not stopping in parts you don’t need to stop
Going up the doomspire towers faster
SKIP!

Something strange about retro glove is his speed is 10 but actually 17 when I just swing 1 time then I click and it swing again
its the swing delay when the sword is facing forward its attack
