- Unveiling the Ankle Technique: What's Holding You Back
Can't get the ankle technique motion down? Try this.
We're always so concerned with building speed on our double pedals.
The problem? We're not letting the pedal swing and move because our foot is in the way.
Practice pushing down and getting the foot out of the way.
The result? Your pedal should be doing most of the work!
More of this. I find the kick the hardest to learn. This is a great tip.
More to come!
A fine difference with a major distinction. So mind-blowing! Simply get out of the WAY😅

If you're fairly new then I would say practice Latin and Afro-Cuban rhythms or anything else like that and also practice polyrhythms with your hands and feet to gain independence of each other
