I always hated when our team on a public server begins to loose a match and some people try to vote kick the commander. Can't get better unless you let them practice. That means they are going to have a bad game once in awhile.
It's happened in many of my pub matches. It is on the squad leads to guide the commander if they are not doing their job the best they can. Need way more patience and willingness to lead the inexperienced in this game.
