Nice catches and video! I see the local had one car (well at least this time) kind of like a local NS train I have not to far from me which sometimes have 2 locos and 1 car. I definitely have to railfan this spot in August!

In this video, the cabcar on SunRail P317 was No. 2005 and the horn was replaced by a Nathan P2.
