A unique venture created by Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Bengaluru in consortium with Infosys Foundation, Cultural Outreach Programs (COP) was initiated to protect, preserve and promote Indian culture and heritage through dance, music and art. Indigenous arts and artists, folk and classical forms have benefited by obtaining a platform to present their respective art forms in all its glory. Thousands of artists through lakhs of performances have mesmerized millions of audiences across India and abroad
Superlative Kapi raga alapana with lot of bhavam and devotional fervour. She transports us to a different world. Astounding achievement at such an young age. God Bless

I don't remember having enjoyed this much the Kapi alapana. Wonderfully rendered by Spoorthi. Voilin and Mridangam are also SUPER.

I came here specifically to address your REPEAT one word comment for each of Spoorthi's concerts- horrible, each time, really?. No constructive feedback for her to improve, obviously lacking in English vocabulary as you don't seem to know any other adjective, and most importantly, devoid of any kindness. First of all, this is a very talented young lady that many have been delighted to see develop. She does not deserve your cruelty, but having said that, you obviously don't like her singing, then why do you waste your time? Unless you don't even listen to her singing but are just trolling. You are likely not as talented in music as her gurus RaGa, so please stop this utter lack of grace. My apologies to the other rasikas here for the harshness, but this troll is obviously targeting her for some unknown reason (jealousy, perhaps?) with the exact same comment each time. Be constructive, be kind in your feedback and stop being a jerk. Thanks!
