The melody and all has such a great space for breakcore but the drums lack everything breakcore has (dw, its not an easy genre, or a clear one) you should try chopping up the break in a slicer, make snare rolls that go up or down in pitch, experiment with different rhythms, if you're feeling adventorous you can try using the fruity granualiser to stretch a snare and play with the pitch of that, you can do panning, filters, delays, phasers, whatever you can find really. I'm sure if you ask for help with breakcore on forums like r/breakcore you can get to know breaks well. You can also just go for something lighter, jungle-like if it's for some uni club project. great song btw

This is do studio they have a great trial version and I’d recommend for sure
