Rio is my favorite because he brings the pain and message. He’s definitely the one that’s overlooked in the group but if you really listen to his message it’ll hit just as hard as the crazy double and triples the rest are putting out. RIOs got crazy doubles and triples too but he focuses more on the message which I appreciate and makes very relatable.

There's not a weak link in that group. Rio speaks for the slums, immigrants and shows all of his culture in his verses. I can appreciate things get lost in translation but every time Rio spits he is not speaking Spanish as a Gimmick he is literally speaking about half of himself in his native tongue. I agree with you that Eric is the best he is for sure the most well-rounded Ras and Taj are pocket masters and have by far the most introspective bars. Each of these boys are quality rappers but together? Untouchable by Modern Rappers without question!
Let me tell you I love Eric Jamal's energy and styles especially his Turntable scheme and cadence made me go nuts! That being said I've always said RAS in the one to watch.. his lyricism and style switches are nearly perfect this guy meditates for sure. Taj is a true poet.

Eric sounds incredibly original and his own cadence but I hear so many influences there. I thought the same thing Taj was channeling Kendrick. Rio sounded like Method Man when he was speaking English. Raz reminded me a lot of Big Sean at parts but also very unique. That's pretty high praise to give though.... these guys are insanely talented. I wouldn't be surprised if they ghost write for rappers. I can write Poetry in spanish like nobodies business and do the same in english, but to combine both in a single piece of work, thats the hard part and Rio does flawlessly. I think CC mapped it out the order they rap as a deterrent to what they usually do & what fans expected f/ their previous vids. Regardless, they obtained their goal: to keep everyone engaged to every individual in that group.

Sure the others also give you positive messages but no where close to how Rio gives it. He definitely keeps the group the most grounded and not letting things get to their heads. You can spend hours and hours discovering stuff. For example, the Native American tribes, Mohicans and Iroquois lived in New York State. Natives use to call Manhattan "Manahatta". There's not a weak link in that group. Rio speaks for the slums, immigrants and shows all of his culture in his verses. I can appreciate things get lost in translation but every time Rio spits he is not speaking Spanish as a Gimmick he is literally speaking about half of himself in his native tongue. I agree with you that Eric is the best he is for sure the most well-rounded Ras and Taj are pocket masters and have by far the most introspective bars. Eric sounds incredibly original and his own cadence but I hear so many influences there. I thought the same thing Taj was channeling Kendrick. Rio sounded like Method Man when he was speaking English. Raz reminded me a lot of Big Sean at parts but also very unique. That's pretty high praise to give though.... these guys are insanely talented. I wouldn't be surprised if they ghost write for rappers. They deserve their own shine I'm not sure if they want to make records though but they could totally tour with this act for real hip hop heads and make a good living.
