My friend, William Hurt, a very kind man with a huge vocabulary. He had prostate cancer.. I have many text and emails from him.. I had to look up most of the words because i had no idea what they meant. I leaned a great detail from him. His parents/grandparents were from LaGrande Oregon (where my sister lives) He had a great sense of humor and was very humble.. He never complained about what he was going through.. I met him at Rose City Recumbent Cycles in Portland. He was picking up his E-ICE trike..I call it a friendship. He felt it takes years to consider anyone a friend. I told William, "you are a friend, until you give me a good reason to not be friends".. I sensed self protection mode kicking in. I think we would have been what He would have considered friends had there been more time. I miss my friend William.. wish he were still around.
I had a doctor checking my prostrate, he said, "the only thing you have to worry about, is if you feel my hands on your hips.." I got a little uncomfortable.. LOL
I have a theory that not just my life went downhil from 2012 on.. I was 38 at the time, so I thought it was a mid life crisis, but no.. it WAS the whole world. We got cantakerous, subscribed - en masse - to the belief that offense could be given rather than taken and PC went mad, governments overreached, ethics got rigid and nobody trusted nobody no more...(erosion of social capital, in shmancy words).. My mother used to say: "if johnny jumps into the pond, would you follow him?" It was a rhetorical question, because everybody knew the answer: "of course not..II have my own mind, my own responsibility. I don´t sheepishly follow what someone else thinks is a good plan, I am responsible.!" Nowadays this would be construed as a severe "lack of solidarity".. If George Orwell had only known, that all Big Brother had to do, was shame people into compliance to suck the fun out of life.. 1984 wouldn´t have been 350 pages, He could´ve been done in 12.
We? You and who else that's with you, (if there was someone,) haven't fathomed how to skip to the part you wanted to watch yet? Do try and keep up dear, you're sooo last century. Watching something you don't like and actually taking the time to comment along with a fake smile does not come across as crap to you? Better to keep shtum and have people around you just think you're a numpty instead of actually proving it. I await with baited breath for a witty retort, I am well aware this may take some time.... possibly even never. I shall survive.

Love John Bishop❤️🇨🇦
The beeps are annoying...
That Samual L Jackson interview was probably one of the best Carr's ever done. Hilarious.
Guaranteed a laugh, thank you 🤣🙋🏻♀️🇦🇺
Alan, you are a brilliant chat show host, would love to meet you

RIP Caroline! You are missed.

I'd love to see nick cage and Samuel L Jackson in a movie together again, I think Amoss n Andrew's was a good movie they worked well together.
Then you'd like the film Kiss of death.
Did someone film this episode off an old tv using a potato? The visual and audio quality is extremely poor. And those beeps? Is this the 1980's?
Taken aback?
Exactly what I was looking for.
'Taken back' would be like making him reminisce!🤣
But he's neither taken back nor aback. Or did I miss something? 🤔
John is a better hotter more northern Richard Madeley, old ladies are big drooling
i think Alan might be a deeply closeted gay man
Is it just me, or is Alan giving Benny Hill instead of the person he was portraying?
why do we have to watch 24 mins of sh*t before getting to the headline? 😀
