      Yeah being a new radio castle had no idea about the issue till I emailed them and worked with Joe for few days to figure the problem out. Sure they'll update the direction sheet that comes with the telemetry module. Appreciate the support as always. I can always count on you and 1 other to be the first to watch my vids as bad as they be. Lol

    You can also just set it to channel 2 on the throttle input instead of external input and plug the telemetry link into the sbus port on the receiver while leaving the external input unplugged. That works fine for me.

      Other than an updated menu system, lighter weight design and some cosmetic changes thats all i know. I read while back it had few more options than the original but i cant remember what those were. Sorry! I dont have the original to compare them too.

    bad ass ride!! just got mines with the 7pxr!! but I need your help what servos are you using? or is there a good one out there that's better?

      Savox SW-0241-MG. This is what im using and probably about the best youll find for 1:5 scale servo. Water proof lots of tourque. I prefer titanium gear servos. For my 1:8 scale i use savox sv-1270-tg servos for everything. Its there monster tourque edition ususally comes with capacitor. Also has good transit speed. You need tourque to keep the wheels in the direction you wanna go especially under full throttle load mainly on the 4 wheel drives. I was gonna do the dual servo mod but they were out of stock on the dual servo arm so im waiting but single servo has been workn good so far. Dual servos especially savox usually require separate bec so keep in mind. Hope this helps.

      Also savox has great warranty. Finally had to deal with them first time since i been using there servos and they replaced the steering servo in my 8ieght x free of charge with brand new one weeks after warranty expired. It had got water in it from washing car with garden hose after every run. Basically the pressure from the water worked it way inside the servo and caused a short. The water looked like it been in there for least few months cause the shit was rusted so it worked for that whole time filled with water. Amazing it worked that long before burning up. After my warranty is up i coat the bottom of the circuit board with waterproofing silicone to prevent that issue. I went ahead and did it on my 8ieght x early due to the fact i wash my cars after every run.

      Wow thanks so much for the response!!! I might have to check them out I was looking at futaba CB700 to pair with the 7pxr what you think 🤔 should I pull the trigger or go with the one you got? need your opinion please

      @@BLM4ife well hard for me to compare honestly due to i never used Futaba servos. I know their radios are whip and savox are good for servos. Mainly servo needs alot of tourque especially 4 wheel drives and 1:5 scale. Futaba servos do seem nice. Their both probably equal in quality depends upon pricing at that point. Futaba has great warranty also. In my opinion alli use is savox so myself id go with the savox. Savox all they do is servos so their focus is 100% on that item. Futaba makes alot of different things so sometimes that can be bad thing.... thanks for sub bro! Happy holidays!

    how do you plug that wire into channel 2? that's where the ESC goes.

    • @detroitrcwurks998
      @detroitrcwurks998  3 года назад +1

      The telemetry module plugs into the channel 2 port of the reciever than the esc plugs into the other end of the telemetry module. Basically the telemetry module has a in and out signal....in from the esc out to channel 2 on reciever....This is how the telemetry module reads info off the esc than sends info to your radio.
