INFORMATION
-This does not include the RPG exclusive characters Lagnus, Harpy, Seriri, Dongurigaeru, and Onion Pixy. They will have their own video due to their special status.
-The hardest part was trying to capture the "counter" animations due to the AI not always cooperating.
-This video can also be considered a "test" for 3DS footage quality.
-This was recorded on a New 3DS. There might be minor lag on the old 3DS.

Mmm, true. But Tetris was brought over to catch in on the newness of the switch and lack of new-system games, which benefited it alot and introduced puyo nicely to the west. The 3ds is on its way out, but its still a fairly popular and widely used system- a new game localization would still have a good chance
I only hope.
Sadly, SEGA has no plans to localize this game.
Hope this game gets localized so I can play it. I got into the series with Puyo Puyo Tetris and became hooked.
Good thing the same thing didn't happen to people who played Super Bomberman R, that would've ruined the fanbase forever

Puyo Puyo Chronicle has got to be the only Puyo Puyo game that has 3D animated characters.
There's Puyo Puyo DA and that one Hatsune Miku game.
Well it is the latest one because PPT was originally made in 2014 for 3ds and Wii U but was remade for switch 2017 (and that's if you cut out esports)

I want it too, but the only problem is I suck at Puyo Puyo. I just put all the Puyos to the side and get some accidental chains.
Edit: I’ve actually improved a lot. Now I’m actually making pretty good chains due to me practicing for the PPT tournament at Pax East 2019. Soon I’ll be able to consistently make 7 chains without difficulty.

If there was a Puyo Puyo Tetris Chronicle (PPT3), I hope they should definitely add 3D characters!
(More consideration needs to be taken into graphics rendering for a smoother gaming experience. That may have to wait until the next console generation comes out.)

@@jestfullgremblim8002 Klug's Spells are in Latin actually, and a lot of characters are using French words like Accord (although in Fever mode, her voice clips are also in Italian), Risukuma (on his 3rd spell), Ai (again, on his 3rd spell), Lemres and Oshare Bones/Dapper Bones on his 4th and 5th spell (alhough for the latter, it only applies for Fever 2 and 15th anniversary, his 5th spell was in English on Fever).

In my case I already have a Japanese 3DS for Fire Emblem Fates uncensored. The only thing preventing me from importing Puyo Puyo Chronicle is the language barrier (and money). Fire Emblem at least had a fan translation I could follow. From what I can tell, Puyo Puyo Chronicle doesn't even have anyone planning to do a fan translation.
Actually, I'm pretty sure it was announced some time ago.
You could get CFW on your 3DS, then buy it, as CFW disables region locking.

Let us hope the game is eventually ported on other consoles AND ported out of Japan.... Thanks to Puyo Puyo Tetris and Puyo Puyo Champion, the series started to get popularity overseas. Hopefully this will bring SEGA to port this game here...
