you are definately one of the most creative model builders i know, this scene is again superb! well done, love the weathering, fire effect and the background in particular:)
That is simply gorgeous work, I know the Bettys used to burn up pretty easily. You have captured teh moment very well in deed. Like the weathering on both models and the spinning props are very well represented. A pleasure to see.
I just love these perspective dioramas you make Bill and I know how hard it is to get them right....nice one mate,"I'd take my hat of to ya if I had one"...all the best bro' ....Pete.
This is awesome, my friend was a Hellcat night fighter back in 42' He shot down 3 Betty's. Normally I do sports art but I'm working on his night fighter Hellcat painting.
beautiful models, you're becoming a director, scenes more and more beautiful. great I love it, I would love to see how you did the smoke. a greeting ciao by Luca
OK Panzerman, If you ever have the time and patience to do a walk through of your creative process, it would be tremendously appreciated. Your Hellcat nightfighter is perfection. Who is DML? I'm not familiar with that company. Great dio! Thank you sir. - Mac
Not only did you do two completely excellent models, the back ground you painted is also top notch! Too Cool, Walt.

Good stuff. Who doesn't love a burning Betty?
Nice weathering on the F6, and the downed enemy plane looks to be in a lot of trouble. The backdrop looks amazing. Forced perspective is right on.
