My grandmother used to make in wheat flour with shakar mixed with water mixture should be runny then on tawa put mustard oil then spread the big spoon full wheat mixure let it cook until golden brown and we allways enjoyed❤❤❤
It is healthy....depends on which oil are u using .... mustard ,rice bran oil, sunflower oil ,peanut oil, ghee all are healthy options. ...ghee is better than above all.... cow's ghee I use mostly....it is bit expensive but u can reuse it again and again... without losing its goodness.....
As part of balanced diet body needs healthy fat as well. If you eat Roti Sabji even the Sabji would have some fat. One can use minimal and still enjoy it. In my experience majority of Indian households don't cook the roti properly and eat is kaccha. Either the external is kachcha or the internal for sure. In this recipe you would get fully cooked meal. Just sharing a perspective.

@@TwisterMS Anything deep fried is no no for me. Have boiled veggies then cook it ( without frying) .
