I just discovered your channel and perfect timing because I just got fairies pattern by lavender and lace but I was so confused about fabric and your video helped me a lot to understand it! Next time I’m in creative mode I’m excited to bleach some fabric 😀
Found you via watching the " Hygge stitcher" . I have the firefly fairies chart and was wondering about fabric. Thank you for sharing your experience in dyeing yours. I look forward to watching more episodes now I have found you
Your Poison Garden is gorgeous! Like you, I was hesitant to pick a fabric because I wanted this one to be special. But seeing yours made me stop procrastinating. I found Boneyard on BeStitchMe and for me this is the One! Fabric is now ordered, kit was bought YEARS AGO, and I will be stitching on it soon. Thanks for all your videos, I really love hearing and seeing what you have going on.
That is exactly how I store my fabric but in a spare bedroom closet. I iron them and hang them because I worry about creases fading over time and leaving lines on my fabric. Your collection is amazing!
If you ever visit St Augustine, FL the tourist attraction - the Fountain of Youth - has a lot of white peacocks. They are gorgeous. Great fabric collection. Enjoy stitching on them.
In regards to the L&L patterns, an owner of a LNS told me that the designer of L&L, Marilyn Leavitt Imblum had passed away a few years ago, and her daughter, Nora Corbett had inherited her work. However, I was also told that their relationship was contentious and involved lawsuits between each other, and as a result, unfortunately, that Leavitt-Imblum’s patterns are not a “priority “ to print due to that situation. I was also told it is an industry wide issue. This owner had a discussion with the L& L designer, so I am surmising this may have been first hand info. I have a few of her patterns, but the story of their relationship saddens me and frankly, has decreased my desire to purchase any more from either designer. There are hundreds of beautiful patterns out there, so don’t feel like I’m missing anything, lol. Unrelated, I am drooling over your fabric closet. So many beautiful fabrics! I have everything to start Pomarium (took a year to get the glorianas), and will start it after I finish my HAED! Always love your videos 😊
I'm going to the Chatelaine retreat too!!! I'm excited, it'll be my first retreat and I have no idea how it'll go. You're one of the first flosstubers I came across featuring Chatelaines that pretty much convinced me to take the plunge and start one. I have Poison Garden and I've started gathering the supplies. I'm afraid to get the fabric for it because I just know I'll be tempted to start that even though I still have a big chat on the go and missing a lot of the specialty floss. Also, Masskara festival is in my hometown. You're kinda right about it being Mardi Gras like -- there's a parade and street dancing and everything.
Hi! Thanks for the video! Could you tell me what threads you are using in your owl forest moon deer, please? The colors were so vibrant when you showed it a few videos ago. Thank you

Instead of spray paint, how about colored artist tape and wrap the hanger?
Love your videos and fabric choices! Can you share where you shop for PTP fabrics?

@@debrajohnson6774 I don’t think that was me, I don’t have anything like that in rotation right now.
Can I ask please. What backing did you use on your Chatelaine wall hanging. Thank you.
@@sandragoodey5596 On Autumn dusk? There is no backing, it’s a piece of banner fabric, I’m not sure where it came from as I got it so long ago.
Thank you. Love all your stitching.
