Greg. As always, thanks for your expertise on SharePoint. My question is, can we create a Document Library and have it show up "within" the Documents library, listed as a sub-library so the additional document libraries could be nested under Documents and/or even within other sub areas within the Documents library? Or do any additional Document Libraries that we create, need to remain at the same level as all of the other Document Libraries, where we see with Documents, Site Assets, Style Library, etc.?? Please let me know if this is possible, and if it is possible, how can this be accomplished. Thanks, Gary
Hello Greg. I was looking at the post on "How many libraries..." and i was wondering, is it possible to have a Hub site for the entire company library (with different document libraries inside), but where different people has access to different parts of the library (for example: where everybody can see certain HR policy documents, but other HR documents are only for the HR department) . Thank you
Hi Marina, what you are talking about is not a Hub Site, but just a regular site with multiple libraries and unique permissions for each library: ruclips.net/video/kP1RSoegYFg/видео.html
@@SharePointMaven Hello Greg. thank you for your quick reply. Much appreciated. If we are planning to start with the library but slowly turn it into a more intranet like type of site, will it be better to do it in a comms site type then?
Is it possible to copy an existing library incl. all it's settings like columns? I'd like to have few similar libraries in one group, e.g. customer 1, customer 2, etc. (the same structure inside).

Hi Gary, there is no such thing as sublibraries.
@@SharePointMaven Thank you.
