      @@harshgoyal2075 no because when we are considering the final length L1, we willl not be taking into account the length along the intersection of L1 and L2.
      So it'll be L1/R+t1 (the arc formed by the outer face of rod L1) .
      otherwise why aren't we taking L2/R? because for the smaller rod's length, we are considering it's inner concave surface, not the length along it's intersection with L1.
      I hope I was able to convey point. It'll be helpful if others also clarify point.

    For ~SUPERCOOLED LIQUID(eg water)~ at -10°C it is heated and brought to -5°C so to calculate the heat change(absorbed) in the process
    Should we use s=0.5(which is for ice) or s=1(which is for water)?

    Me mera name badal dunga.
    A great series by a greatest Physics teacher ever.
    I am a big fan of alakh sir and I am from prayas batch and complete the whole syllabus clearly but when it comes to the rivision I find this channel accidently and I follow this series regularly and believe me my marks improve drastically in physics. 55 to 75 and I will definitely score 100/100 in physics in first attempt of jee main 2022.
