- The lack of drilled portholes is a very big problem for a model of this price and size ! This is the first thing to do with the Trumpeter's Titanic before working on other things.

Part 3 Of painting the hull Please
what size you used for the larger holes?
I've got this kit but what size drill bit do you use
Yes those portholes around the stern are very badly angled due to the single piece moulding I would think. The Mini brass stern plating replacement can really enhance that section and the portholes angles are corrected really well. The hull is also void of any plating under the stern and the under hull. The bow hawser pipe opening is not the correct shape on the model (tut)! and really need some work doing on it or a replacement. If done at an early stage it is not so bad. I used a fine razor saw to do the cutting out work which does little damage! Well done for getting the portholes drilled out, it can feel like your life is passing you by doing those!!!😉
The MiniBras stern plating is the next video. Stay tuned !
@@titanic_studio Excellent, you are definitely on the case!!😉
Titanic Diorama!~~~ That's great!~~~ I have an RC Titanic!~~~^_^😮😅😊
We have resin portholes for the Trumpeter kit here We have all of that information - here Trumpeter TITANIC 1/200th model ONLY building tips and tricks and here - BnB Scale Ship Jewelry - Titanic "Props N Drops" & more
I wouldn’t dare going from one porthole to the other without stopping the drill.
CAUTION - there are holes that are NOT to be drilled out
Part 3
Really????
There is a better drill to use.. it won't burn the plastic
