Love your fun, energy and creativity that you makes you happy. Its such so refreshing to see, compared to the majority of lego you tubers that just repeat the same theme. LAN free lego and every set they get for free is awesome (when its not), same leak videos repeating. Keep being your amazing self because its so refreshing. 👊
That is so nice of you to say! I'm glad you enjoy it! I do have many friends in LAN and I understand why it exists but I can honestly say I have no intention of ever joining it. I enjoy the freedom too much! Lol!
Not sure if any one has mentioned it yet but you can do “Auto select” on multiple wanted lists! After you click “buy all” on a wanted list, on the left there will be a big list with all your wanted lists and you can select as many as you want. If you then click on auto select it will do it from all selected wanted lists
You don't have to choose auto select doing this multi list method. If you have a store in mind to buy from you can select it to choose everything they have and then do autoselect
Definitely with u on cleaning methods. Dishwashers and washer machines cost way too much to let Lego destroy them when ur way works just as good. I'm sure plenty of people made it to the end of this video because a lot of us enjoy hearing everyone else's process. I know I personally pick and choose from other collectors processes and cherry pick some when they r better than what I'm currently using myself. For example, I saw a few people using those door hanging shoe organizers as a 32 PAB cup holder and now the back of my Lego rooms door holds all my foliage pieces. And it only cost a few bucks off Amazon 😂 win win
I will make a a RUclips Short showing this! I made one before but I can’t find it! I do actually have a system that has been super helpful. I’ll try to tag you when it’s up!
Picked up a pile from a local charity shop (they have my number!).Fair price, but what I thought was a nice lot of light tan turned out to be white! Yeuk.
Looks like we've got the same method for bulk lots! Oh the hours of sorting black bricks... Ahhhh! I've become less picky about torso printing over the years, mainly because of the prices (or am I just being cheap?). Anyways, I agree with you, these lots are becoming harder to come by especially at a good price! Congrats again on a fantastic lot!
I don't think you're being cheap! It is unfortunately expensive, I'm sure I'll end up eventually caving on quality someday lol! Thanks so much for watching!
Nice! That Knight’s Castle is one I’m working on. I do similar process with the sorting of vintage including how you wash it. I use the box van to help dry. So what is the fate of the Duplo parts?
Oh that's great! It's a fun little castle! I don't see many people talk about and I don't know why! A box fan definitely speeds up the drying process, which is good because I am impatient lol. Currently the Duplo parts are sitting in a box. I had not thought about it. I'll probably just keep the animals since I don't have any of them! Are you interested in the rest of the lot?
I listed the lot on Ebay for you (link in description) Says reserved for BrickTsar. If you want it just make an offer on it and I'll accept it! You can ignore the original price, I just put that to prevent other people from purchasing it. And if you don't end up wanting it, that is ok too!
I'm partial to period-correct mold variations as well when completing original sets. I've bought many bulk lots over the last 20 years (no Dark Age for me, so 30 years of LEGO collecting since first introduction at 3 years old with 6086 Black Knight's Castle) and have many extra pieces but no BrickLink store yet. If you are interested, let me know what pieces you are missing from the late 80's/early 90's Castle/Space/Pirates sets and I might have at least some of what you need and could probably work out a trade for parts from your BrickLink store. I've gotten so many great deals and wonderful treasure finds over the years, I'd be glad to help out if I can. I'm not into social media, so not sure how we could communicate about this. It is fine if you would rather not. I know for certain that I have extra original small plumes (still short one black small plume for set 1974-3 Smuggler's Hayride, so I'm glad you already have that one), as I heavily collected Forestmen and other Castle sets around 2010-2014 from used lots. (I even got one lot that had two of the black plume sprue wheels, both with the small plume still attached!)
What are you doing to reduce or even better, eliminate water stains when washing? I found by doing a similar process to what you described, I still have water spots all over.
I’ve never really had water stains, so I’m not sure lol! Maybe the type of soap you are using? I just use dawn dish soap if that info is helpful. I also dump out small amounts of LEGO on the towels, really spread them out and then throw a towel on top to try and absorb any excess water before I let them finish air drying.
Great video, thanks for sharing your process! I’m very excited as my parted-together 918 Space Transport almost complete, one more bricklink order to go. Looks like you’ve got plenty of projects for 2025, I’ll definitely stick around to see their progress :).
I'm jelly, a really good bulk lots you got. Bulks are rare over here so I never found one that's decent and if they are gone the minute they are posted, several of the ones you presented here I had a as a child, I do miss them and I wish I (or rather my parents) kept the collection.
They are truly difficult to get these day! Or at least for any kind of reasonable price! I think a lot of parents never knew they’d be so rare and valuable, it’s too bad though! I’m sure you miss them!
As a child who played with Lego in the 80s, sadly sometimes the only way to separate pieces was with your teeth after your nails were destroyed… I have the starship cruiser which I saved up for, but lots of the moon logos have worn away through playing.
@ haha I guess not everyone used their teeth but it was a common way to separate bits that were really stuck together and would definitely explain the teethmarks
Looks like you're pretty set for a lot of projects to work on in 2025. Speaking of, I'm actually piecing together a copy of Forbidden Island, so if you add a copy of the baseplate or any other specific parts to your BL, let me know. And I have a copy of the green 16x32 baseplate and one Crusader Lion torso available if you end up still needing them.
Ok! I'll respond to this comment once all of the forbidden island pieces are uploaded! And I might ask you about the baseplate/torso when I start pieces that set together! I think it is 3rd on my list to complete!
Ok I think I added everything from that set I had available! Baseplate, rigging, dark gray stairs, large palm leaves, monkey, parrot, jail cell/doors, corner panels in light gray/black with stones, cannons, brown boat, brown wheels, cannon bases, brown bridge, dark gray plate with clips, brown barrel, black boat mast pieces, and some minifig parts!
@@ForBricksandGiggles Awesome, thank you. I just placed an order :) I also sent you message on there about some bulk lots being sold on eBay from a seller I had good luck with, if you want to see those listings.
Late to the party but I enjoyed it very much. Happy holidays!

Maybe I'll have to look into getting a shoe organizer! That does sound like a very effective method! Thanks for watching until the end lol!
Great detailed recap. Thanks for sharing.

Very nice lot. I am trying to not sell off pieces that I end up needing later😮😂
I've definitely done that too lol
Amongst your amazing collection, do you have that vintage witch set 6037 with the green dragon?? Guess it's a separate theme thing.
The biggest problem buying lots these days is the amount of non-lego crap mixed in. it's very rare to find good stuff.
