@@WildernesSam don't worry, they can just announce a sequel, leave their game to die for 3 years, come back with a new engine and make the game f2p and call it DBD 2
Clock callouts might seem simple, but it can take a while before you are able to instantly know where "three" is without thinking about it for a precious second, especially on godforsaken maps like Lery's, which I still have trouble doing callouts for! Just goes to show how long these guys have been on the comp scene 😄
goddamn hens, you guys are such genius. That clock strat and your comms are so perfect and every individual in your team is so good that any high tier killer would have a hard time.
First one he coulnd't hit in the first place because of Hens' good movement, but he tried anyways which made him hit a rock, if he threw the hatchet it woulnd't have hit anyways. Second hit is a bit of janky collision, but even if the hatchet would have gone through it wouldn't have hit Hens anyways because of his movement, that's probably why he commented like that.
Just gotta say I LOVE the use of the numbered map in the video, with gen, player locations. Im sure its a ton of work, but it makes the video so much more entertaining!!
Depends, if the first hook happens before the first gen is done, then face/proxy camping will guarantee at least a 3k if the other teammates try to save due to loss of time (and likely another down/hook). Starting to camp at 3 gens remaining or lower, if no Survivors are already dead, will make no difference if against a SWF team. By the time the Survivor dies on hook the last gens will be done and most SWF team who don't care about one person dying will just leave the person to dry, giving enough time if people don't mess up to basically finish the game. Altruism is the only true consistent weakness a SWF team has (Nurse and Blight don't count). They are more prone to risky saves and making trades than a team of randoms.
These were great matches and such friendly competition I loved watching a game where people are trying their best and still having a good time wish I could see more of that in dbd
I knew most clock call outs, but didn't know Lerys and most indoor map call outs, so it was very helpful there. Some useful explanations as well, especially explaining the Laser sandbag.
Curious does knowing it is a ghostface right off the bat give a huge advantage as well? Stealth killer losing the element of surprise especially on Lery's seem brutal. Regardless the communication and map yall use to keep coordinated is amazing
Phenomenal video. Question. I play the game all the time, but how do you have a map layout or like map/level orientation? Like how do you know what's 12 or North or whatever? I'm spinning the camera all the time in chase and looking for the killer throughout the match. Is there like a practice area with a map turned on that I missed? This kind of info would help me so much to play even a fraction as efficiently as you guys did
the only way to learn the map layout is by playing, taking mental notes, and noticing details about said map. on the wiki there is a map of each map to help get the hang of things. north, south, east, and west are generally decided by you
They have like 8 thousand hours each, they know everything about the maps from years of playing. If you look online you can find the layouts of all the maps like the person above me was saying. The clock system is what they use to communicate with each other, it’s made up specially for comp. The actual game doesn’t have the numbers in it.
Wow the explanations were amazing and the visuals edited in were top tier. I think this video alone has taught me more about high level team play than any other dbd vid
Hey hens, I loved the killer pov in the top left. Not sure how reasonable this is but can you do one video of the game with the killer pov in the corner(just shrink it a little so it doesn't take up to much space). That would be amazing seeing your gameplay while simultaneously watching the killer almost like I'm spectating the match. I ask may you please do that for one whole video to get feedback and see if people like it or want to see more. If so then there's a new style of video, if not then you learn something new. Thank you and nice video👍
Even if Spooky said yes to that I would consider that rude. I will not make another video on our games, maybe in the future tho. Thanks for your feedback

Awesome video! Very entertaining to watch. Second game with Dan, screaming about 300 ping xD so funny. He has an interesting accent with lots of RRR, cute
Watching from both your POVs and Spooky's, I definitely think what lost the Lerys game for him was the double pallets when he was making that spirit fury play. That hurt to see, so badly
needs to make sure he blocks killer from swinging at the window since his teammate is on deathhook. If he wasn't then the killer would reach and hit the survivor in time as they only have the distance for the medium vault
His accent sounds a little bit like Russian tbh, and he says "блять" (blyat) in a very clean Russian without accent. Perhaps one of his parents is Russian and Dan knows both languages. It might also be 2 Russian parents that just happen to live and make a child somewhere not in Russia. Either that or he just mastered the clean "blyat" pronounciation.
As for Russian, I can say, that he have non-russian accent and his blyat' is not clean. I'm not sure about his accent but I think it is Spanish for some reason
