Mam won't the angular vein be destroyed if we take incision from 8mm medial to medial canthus since location of angular vein too is 8 mm from medial canthus ?
Mam . incision should not b done more than 3 mm medial to.medial canthus ,to avoid profuse bleeding ... because angular vein crosses MPL 8 mm away frm medical canthus..& tributaries of angular vein wl b thre...??
