If all you do is rank up, heres a method: Use Special Cargo Crates from the CEO business. 1) Buy 1 cargo for a warehouse and do the mission You'll see that you've earned a ton of RP alone 2) Sell that 1 crate, you earn thousands of RP from selling 3) Buy 1 more crate for a different warehouse so when you sell you wont have to wait for a cooldown --- Just Repeat from there --- You will earn money from this but it's very low but then again this is for RP. You can have a friend with you in your organization so they can rank up quick if you're trying to help someone else.
So if this mission existed since the start of gta online and always gained the same amount of rp it would technically be possible if you don’t sleep, eat or do anything else

I don’t remember the job exactly, but if you did a certain job and then right as it was loading you used your phone to start other jobs as well you’d get stacked RP. Now, if you paired this with the 2x RP missions, it would be multiplicative and I could make roughly 200k RP in 10 minutes. Ofc, it still took me forever to get above lvl 6000, but I still managed to do this without any mods lol.

I was level 131 when I accidentally migrated my account to next gen (because I didn’t read the shit before I did it) I then went back to old gen and leveled myself up to 167. I then went back to new gen because I bought it instead of playing it for free on game pass, and started back AGAIN at level 131. I’m now level 199 and I feel like I’ve played this game for 10 fucking years already.

The highest (legit) level I've ever seen is from Ghillie Master, 1300+ (if I remember correctly) but come on, he plays a LOT, does a living from it and takes advantage of everything that gives extra RP. I've been playing since late 2014, and accounting my levels from Xbox and PC I wouldn't even achieve lvl 800
Also don’t forget you need to do that nonstop so if people played this game on the side then it would take way longer or if people had school or work then yea it would take forever

I leveled a lot from around 30ish to 57 in one day (around 3 hours) thanks to the 3X bonuses what Simeon missions had.
First mission was a dax mission. He's basically a guy who makes you take acid and then at the end you will have to pay $700,000 to get a acid truck
