When you focus on your problems instead of trusting God, you’re going to end up exhausted. And you’re going to be defeated because God didn’t design you to fight your battles alone. You don’t have the power you need to face every problem in your own strength. You need God’s power. You can’t focus on your problems and focus on God at the same time. You’ve got to shift your focus to who God is and what he’s promised to do for you. Life is full of experiences that test you, drain you, and wipe you out. When you are worn out, that’s when you’re ready to say to God, “I’m sorry. I can’t handle this situation, and I’ve tried everything. I need to give it to you because it’s bigger than me.” So, what should you do when you are overwhelmed? You stand strong. Standing strong is an attitude of quiet confidence in the character of God. You will be successful when you put your trust in what he says to you through his Word and the Holy Spirit. When you get with God, you’ll never have to give up ground because you are standing strong. When the burden is overwhelming, you may be tempted to cave in under the pressure. God doesn’t want you to back down from difficult situations. He doesn’t want you to sacrifice your integrity. God wants you to trust him through the challenges and learn from them. If you run, you’ll miss out on learning from God. And chances are, you’ll need to repeat that lesson. God is committed to your success. But you need to focus on him and trust him and his Word if you want to stand your ground.

I am 23 years old. I've been pressing myself on for the past few years with desperation to graduate college and as a nurse. I was listening to this song while waiting for my final to finish being graded. When the notification appeared that our final class grade was published I just knew, despite how hard I studied and the many hours I desperately tried to make this whole nursing thing happen, I did not make it. I was dismissed from the nursing program. I decided to move on and try something else. I'm now a psychology major and I feel passionate about mental health. I have 2 more semesters before graduating and I am excited about this new path. One thing I know for sure, I may not be healing and saving lives in the hospitals while sharing God's love, but I might one day be able to help someone out there over come the deep struggles they keep inside. Mental health in my opinion is heavily reflective of spiritual health.

TESTIMONY. I used to be a massive addict. Since I was 15 I was addicted to popping pills to numb the memories of sexual abuse. One day when I had decided to stop taking pills I had an unreal panic attack that caused me to shake uncontrollably. It was in this moment, when I felt at the end of myself...crippled by fear and withdrawal-I sat down at my piano and God gave me a song word for word in one sitting and immediately brought peace into my heart and mind. The song is called “You Undo me” and its on my channel. My prayer for you,the reader of my comment, is that you would become free from whatever ails you. My bondage was addiction, but God gave me freedom in exchange for my shame. What will He free YOU from?

When my dad passed away suddenly, I couldn't fly back to my country on the same day because there was no flight. I had to wait till next morning. My words still can't describe how miserable I was at the time. That day a friend of mine came to my apartment to stay with me. I was ranting, sobbing, and reminiscing my recent talk with my dad. I wasn't sure if I told him I loved him or not, such and such...Then she sang this song to me as explaining the background story. It was like a lullaby and loving message directly from God. It was a cure to my broken heart. I played this song over and over again on the 14-hour flight. It helped me get through. I still tear up or even bawl when listening to this song, but it makes me realize His love and glory. Even in the darkest time, I know He still loves me and He places every single person in my life to help me find the way towards Him. Praise the Lord! Whoever is going through a hard time out there, my heart goes out to you.

I was struggling with the thought of not “feeling” God, I realized while praying I didn’t have to feel him because Faith isn’t a feeling. I cried out and God responded with forgiveness, love, and comfort, then this song came on and I couldn’t hold in my praise. I felt God’s Presence and sang out his Praise Don’t doubt or worry about the circumstances of your relationship with God. Just have Faith and know other signs and feelings will come over time.

the first time i ever heard Gods voice, was during worship on a wednesday night with maybe 13 other youth kids, this song played. i was maybe 12 or 13. i heard someone whisper “i love you” so clearly, yet no one was near me as i like to isolate myself during worship. it was so overwhelming but in a good way. my heart melted in joy and and peace and it was like a weight lifted off of me. i’m now 21 and i’ll never forget that night and everytime i hear this song, i think of that night. 💛

Every time I hear music like this I can't help crying. I'm 25, I've been strung out on heroin for 8 years. I know I'm using drugs and running from my calling. It's day three, being clean. My body hurts, my mind is in shambles. I've overdosed twice in the past year trying to kill myself. I don't want this to kill me, I want Gods will to be done. I just can't stop letting my flesh and mind get in the way, Jesus help me

I remember hearing this for the first time. I immediately surrender my life to Jesus and was delivered from depression. I now travel the world preaching the gospel and leading worship. Jesus is so good.
I was brought to the edge of Gethesemane. I prayed an hour. I saw his head hit the ground, he sweat as blood. An angel came to bouy him up. He went to apostles and asked why they slept. I stand watch 2000 years later and send my prayers back to him in his time of need as he took on the death and sins of all mankind before and after him. Evangelizing one Sunday, my knee gave out and I returned home. I said I couldn't go far. I heard, "There were few who spread my word this day. You were one of them. You are in my grace." My grandma passed away from cancer. I really thought she would make it... She was a second mother to me. Im having trouble with my faith, family, and friends. My grandma helped me through that but know shes gone. Lisening to this song makes me know that there is a lord that still loves me even when others don't. Sometimes I wish my sorrow would end but it never can even when i try to hide it. This song is so significant to my life. Growing up, I had horrible depression and constantly thought about suicide. I planned ways to kill myself in kindergarten. And I remember, worship felt like a hammer hitting my chest, repeatedly, and I felt like I was going to cry, but I felt so much shame in lifting my arms and surrendering. But finally, when I was reaching a new low in jr high, I was at youth with my cousin. Still, never worshiped God with my hands up, never fully surrendered. And this song started to play, and that pounding in my chest was so so heavy. Finally I had the courage to lift my arms, and the moment my arms were up, I started bawling as I encountered the love of Jesus. I am telling you, once you have an encounter, you won’t question if Jesus is real. You won’t have any doubts. Instead, your cup will over fill, and you will understand that you were completely designed to know God. Because nothing will ever fill in that void the way Jesus does. And when I was standing there crying, my heart was so over filled, I couldn’t believe how beautiful it was to have that interaction with God. When I left youth that night, I couldn’t stop smiling, something in my heart shifted. I was finally a child of God. I pray that whoever reads this has that same encounter. I promise you, your life will never be the same again. Your old self dies and the life you were designed for finally begins. Life doesn’t start until we have him. His love heals our pain, depression, anxiety, abuse, loneliness, addiction, lust, anger, hatred, jealousy, and it mends us back together and makes us whole! I promise you this. Hiiii, thanks for sharing your story :) Mine is quite similar. In 9th grade I developed depression and felt so unloved. I got suicidal and hurt myself. But then I had confirmation (I´m catholic) and we went on a trip for couple days where we had a worship. And in this moment I realised that God loves me. I swear I felt God. It was everything. And my next year was so amazing and everytime I´m down I think of Jesus and how much he loves me and of God and that he protects me. I´m wishing you the best

I remember when I had an encounter with the lord, it was the best day of my life. I felt like a child with no worries, and a love so strong nothing can conquer. I know it was the lord. But when I started doubting and taking my thoughts of God I started getting scared again. Then a verse came into my head. “Perfect love casted all fear out” at that moment I knew it was Jesus he came to me. When I took my eyes off of him I started sinking the fear came back. In many occasions I was so weak that I just stayed still, quietly, even crying... I had no words to be spoken so sad I was. But, suddenly, His love covered me and everything was transformed. Stay in His presence. He knows you. He loves you. I pray for His grace comes upon you and gives you peace. Trust Him!!

I need to give it to you because it’s bigger than me.” So, what should you do when you are overwhelmed? You stand strong. Standing strong is an attitude of quiet confidence in the character of God. You will be successful when you put your trust in what he says to you through his Word and the Holy Spirit. When you get with God, you’ll never have to give up ground because you are standing strong. When the burden is overwhelming, you may be tempted to cave in under the pressure. God doesn’t want you to back down from difficult situations. He doesn’t want you to sacrifice your integrity. God wants you to trust him through the challenges and learn from them. If you run, you’ll miss out on learning from God. And chances are, you’ll need to repeat that lesson. God is committed to your success. But you need to focus on him and trust him and his Word if you want to stand your ground.

I am 23 years old. I've been pressing myself on for the past few years with desperation to graduate college and as a nurse. I was listening to this song while waiting for my final to finish being graded. When the notification appeared that our final class grade was published I just knew, despite how hard I studied and the many hours I desperately tried to make this whole nursing thing happen, I did not make it. I was dismissed from the nursing program. I decided to move on and try something else. I'm now a psychology major and I feel passionate about mental health. I have 2 more semesters before graduating and I am excited about this new path. One thing I know for sure, I may not be healing and saving lives in the hospitals while sharing God's love, but I might one day be able to help someone out there over come the deep struggles they keep inside. Mental health in my opinion is heavily reflective of spiritual health.

I used to be a massive addict. Since I was 15 I was addicted to popping pills to numb the memories of sexual abuse. One day when I had decided to stop taking pills I had an unreal panic attack that caused me to shake uncontrollably. It was in this moment, when I felt at the end of myself...crippled by fear and withdrawal-I sat down at my piano and God gave me a song word for word in one sitting and immediately brought peace into my heart and mind. The song is called “You Undo me” and its on my channel. My prayer for you,the reader of my comment, is that you would become free from whatever ails you. My bondage was addiction, but God gave me freedom in exchange for my shame. What will He free YOU from?

When my dad passed away suddenly, I couldn't fly back to my country on the same day because there was no flight. I had to wait till next morning. My words still can't describe how miserable I was at the time. That day a friend of mine came to my apartment to stay with me. I was ranting, sobbing, and reminiscing my recent talk with my dad. I wasn't sure if I told him I loved him or not, such and such...Then she sang this song to me as explaining the background story. It was like a lullaby and loving message directly from God. It was a cure to my broken heart. I played this song over and over again on the 14-hour flight. It helped me get through. I still tear up or even bawl when listening to this song, but it makes me realize His love and glory. Even in the darkest time, I know He still loves me and He places every single person in my life to help me find the way towards Him. Praise the Lord! Whoever is going through a hard time out there, my heart goes out to you.

I was struggling with the thought of not “feeling” God, I realized while praying I didn’t have to feel him because Faith isn’t a feeling. I cried out and God responded with forgiveness, love, and comfort, then this song came on and I couldn’t hold in my praise. I felt God’s Presence and sang out his Praise

the first time i ever heard Gods voice, was during worship on a wednesday night with maybe 13 other youth kids, this song played. i was maybe 12 or 13. i heard someone whisper “i love you” so clearly, yet no one was near me as i like to isolate myself during worship. it was so overwhelming but in a good way. my heart melted in joy and and peace and it was like a weight lifted off of me. i’m now 21 and i’ll never forget that night and everytime i hear this song, i think of that night. 💛

My grandma passed away from cancer. I really thought she would make it... She was a second mother to me. Im having trouble with my faith, family, and friends. My grandma helped me through that but know shes gone. Lisening to this song makes me know that there is a lord that still loves me even when others don't. Growing up, I had horrible depression and constantly thought about suicide. I planned ways to kill myself in kindergarten. And I remember, worship felt like a hammer hitting my chest, repeatedly, and I felt like I was going to cry, but I felt so much shame in lifting my arms and surrendering.
But finally, when I was reaching a new low in jr high, I was at youth with my cousin. Still, never worshiped God with my hands up, never fully surrendered. And this song started to play, and that pounding in my chest was so so heavy. Finally I had the courage to lift my arms, and the moment my arms were up, I started bawling as I encountered the love of Jesus.
I am telling you, once you have an encounter, you won’t question if Jesus is real. You won’t have any doubts. Instead, your cup will over fill, and you will understand that you were completely designed to know God. Because nothing will ever fill in that void the way Jesus does. And when I was standing there crying, my heart was so over filled, I couldn’t believe how beautiful it was to have that interaction with God. When I left youth that night, I couldn’t stop smiling, something in my heart shifted. I was finally a child of God.
I pray that whoever reads this has that same encounter. I promise you, your life will never be the same again. Your old self dies and the life you were designed for finally begins. Life doesn’t start until we have him. His love heals our pain, depression, anxiety, abuse, loneliness, addiction, lust, anger, hatred, jealousy, and it mends us back together and makes us whole! I promise you this. His love is so powerful! I pray God blessed you all

Mine is quite similar.
In 9th grade I developed depression and felt so unloved. I got suicidal and hurt myself. But then I had confirmation (I´m catholic) and we went on a trip for couple days where we had a worship. And in this moment I realised that God loves me. I swear I felt God. It was everything. And my next year was so amazing and everytime I´m down I think of Jesus and how much he loves me and of God and that he protects me.

I remember when I had an encounter with the lord, it was the best day of my life. I felt like a child with no worries, and a love so strong nothing can conquer. I know it was the lord. But when I started doubting and taking my thoughts of God I started getting scared again. Then a verse came into my head. “Perfect love casted all fear out” at that moment I knew it was Jesus he came to me. When I took my eyes off of him I started sinking the fear came back. Lord please save me I am a sinner ! Consume me, make me you’re slave, please pray for me ! He is real!!!!

This is the first Christian song I memorized the lyrics to in its entirety a few years back. I still cry every time I sing it. It's truly eye opening and freeing to know how much He loves us. In our worst times, in our biggest sins and transgressions, in our most selfish times, He still SOMEHOW finds a way to love us and it just leaves me breathless. All glory to God.

We played this while I was in labor and as I gave birth to my son. The Holy Spirit filled that hospital room with a thick presence. He was born into peace. Even the staff said it was the most peaceful birth they have ever been a part of. Thank you Jesus❤

Hi, Shawn. Even you can't feel, it's true. He loves you. I had many serious problems during my life, but I always trusted Him. In many occasions I was so weak that I just stayed still, quietly, even crying... I had no words to be spoken so sad I was. But, suddenly, His love covered me and everything was transformed. Stay in His presence. He knows you. He loves you. I pray for His grace comes upon you and gives you peace. Trust Him!!
