I’m promoting you every other mechanic channels, coz out of all you do the best easy explanation and fix, you deserve to be known all over the world. 🙏
100% agree. The additional info regarding the fuses and which failure root cause might cause a specific fuse to blow is the kind of helpful additional info that most other similar channels don't bother including.
Excellent video, have this problem with a C-Max I have in stock, and today had it diagnosed by a remap place that it needs a vaporiser. However, my problem started when I shorted the battery putting by putting it back on after charging it. After watching your video, I think mine obviously is a problem to do with the vapouriser, but will check the fuses first, as it seems too coincidental that it started the same time as the battery issue. Again, top video, really helpful. Never even heard of a vapouriser until today.
Hello,i removed this injector on my Focus mk3 2.0 diesel and it was pretty dirty.I tried blowing tru the fuel hose just before the injector and no air was passing trough. Then i used compressed(5 or 6 bar)to try to clean it.After that fuel was coming out freely.Did i mess something up,was there some kind of valve inside that compressed air blew out
I've had 3 of these from ebay, 100 quid each and all piss diesel out the electric part of the injector, you can smell it every time it does a regeneration. Might have to get a genuine Ford one but they are expensive. I'm tempted to use epoxy on the area where it leaks.
just to share my experience, this is not an easy task that every owner can do. as shown on the video there is limited access to that, probably you will need to cut, also you need the proper tools, plus the diagnostic tool

No valve inside. Should be fine
Hi when you primed the new vaporizer did you disconnect the fuel line?

What's the cost of a job like that?
That's a good reason not to own a diesel motor.
Traffic conditions isn't suitable for DPF regeneration, ending up with such repairs.
What’s the eclectic saw called mate or if u have part number
Milwaukee M18 Reciprocating saw
Nice one,
Thanks 👍🏻
