I'm going through my own hell at the moment - poverty, death of family members, illness, chronic pain, unemployment, anxiety and depression - a full deck. Pushing 50 and I've amounted to nothing much, failed career as a commercial diver in my 20's due to a diving injury and I've never managed bounce back. I'm finding these vids a huge help to just get out of my own way and push on, thank you.
