- Mango Park District Court Judge Charles O'Brien is under investigation. The Police have evidence of a pay for play scheme allegedly orchestrated by Judge O'Brien. Mango Park Mayor Celia Barry decides to place Captain Porter and his team on the case. Captain Porter devises a plan and has Sgt. Garrett go undercover to once and for all bring this crooked judge to justice. However, once the case is closed Mayor Barry now must fill an opening on the bench and believes there is only one person for the job.

I can picture it now. That Karen who's always getting in trouble goes to court for [insert crime here], thinking that she can sway the judge because she's rich or whatever. Then as soon as she steps into the courtroom and sees Porter at the bench, she breaks down in tears knowing that she's screwed.

This happened in southeastern Pennsylvania a few years back where a judge was getting kicked back from private prisons for juveniles and the sentences could be almost seamlessly endless because of every little infraction that the adjudicated kids made. He was made to pay the price finally and you will have to wonder what devil are we doing with private prisons

Something similar happened in real life. Children were being convicted of bogus nonsense and sentenced to outrageous terms, to serve time in private facilities, who paid the judge to send them there.

In real life. A judge sentenced kids to prison and nothing was done. This in reality goes deep.
Real work; what secret agency does he work for? Most reports dont have any work to show for these organizations, except violations on American citizens or their whistlblower employees.
Why would he be working as a police officer if he is a non practicing attorney??
He likely went to law school while working as a cop. He can't be a judge thought without having been an attorney.

There is groups that do statistical on judges. Breaking down sentences by race, gender and other factors.
There was an actual event that took place back in the early 2000's where a Judge in Pennsylvania was getting kickbacks from a private juvenile correctional facility by sending kids who really didn't commit serious offense such as one 10-year-old black kid was being disruptive in class and was sentenced to this facility until he turn 18. In reality several schools were involved with this scheme as well, I mean that poor kid in reality should have been sent home instead the school call the police and sent him to jail. It's sick. Parents started to take notice of the ridiculous sentencing by this judge, the Pennsylvania AG also found it odd so the state along with the FBI secretly investigating this which it was somewhere outside from Pittsburg. Anyways, to cut the story short, there were a lot of people involve in this racketeering scheme, that Judge was sentenced to 30 years in prison some had shorter sentencing and some the max. The Judge died in prison.
