33:10 the commentator said he had a run out look at that rack and these are the best of the best if he couldn’t run that out I don’t think anyone else could I’m not sayin it’s impossible anything is possible but the 15 off the 6 carrom shot is not easy and it’s really hard to aim the commentator was acting like it was an easy shot it’s not yes he had a run out but by no means was it easy and he tried everything in his power that he could think of in the time given to bust those balls out he is on a 30 second shot clock and they are playing for #1 place and a fat check the pressure is on you don’t even understand how much pressure this man is under and you’re critiquing him when he tried everything he could every shot he did was not a gimme that rack was not an easy rack by any means but the commentator was acting like it was the easiest rack ever but what I will say is in the beginning of that rack the shooter did mess up I wouldn’t have shot the 3 ball combo I would have shot I think it was the 15 ball combo with English come back off the rail and try to bust out those balls that’s the only thing I think he did wrong but he maybe didn’t see it or maybe reaching over that ball and stretching over that much of the table and adding spin without touching a ball with your hand or anything and adding spin on the ball was too much and that is a 9 foot table with tight pockets and any foul you’re basically giving the rack up to your opponent and the shot that I would have done would not have been an easy shot either you can only see a part of that 15 and while reaching over the table you aren’t as stable as you can be and if you’re shaking and you accidentally hit the 8 first instead of the 15 you probably lose that rack and the next one too but that’s all I have to say for now I just wish the commentators would 1 shut up and let the pros do their thing and 2 put theirselves in the the shooters shoes you’re under pressure and on a 30 second shot clock playing for a fat check literally if u win you get double than you would get if u would come in second just sayin

It's surprising there aren't more pro 8 ball tournaments because it requires more strategy, so many potential patterns. 9 & 10 ball is just hit the next numbered ball, no options other than defense.

I agree and disagree with you. I think 8 ball is underrated as far as difficulty goes and deserves more purse money and recognition. However, I think 9 ball offers something else more interesting and that is the 9 combo to win it without having to go through the numbers.

Don't get me wrong, I love rotation 9- and 10-ball games, but these guys make that look too easy sometimes. Plus, 8-ball is much more understood by the average player... it's the most popular game, the one you see casuals play at your local bar, and could definitely be the game that launches professional pool even higher.

Lucky for spanish that his breack worked...but he made so many many manyyy mistakes, but on 8 ball it easy to recover. On 9ball spanish would be tortureted by poland. It just my opinion. I'm not a fan of any....they still play like the strategy from corner bar pool. I've watched a lot of pool replays recently. The difference between the winners and losers at this level is usually a matter of a few inches of cue ball positioning. Just a few degrees of angle can be the difference between winning a losing. They are ALL great shot makers. When they miss a shot it's often from trying to get a bit more angle by aiming for one side of the pocket.
