OMG! Have mercy… I’m salivating as I know everything is on another flavor! Mixing the oxtails with beef neck bones is good thinking. I know what I am having for dinner. I’m making a pot just for myself and will add a head of cabbage when it has 30 mins left of cooking. I’ll have it with fresh tomatoes and sliced avocado! 🤤
