Igual que su enfrentamiento con Minaur, con Medvédev regreso el tenis, los demás incluso el de Sinner muy plano, saque y tiros fuertes sin belleza del tenis. Bravo Medvédev- Minaur pude disfrutar del tenis
I think he's always understood that since his style of play is boring to majority of people he has to make an effort to show more personality. Other players like Sinner, Carlos or most don't like talking and they just answer to get it out the way and go do something else. But Daniil always gives his all. It's like part of the match when he has a mic. He's smart.
Press conference specialist, hard court specialist, master tactician...he is everything where's other's are not. He is so likeable that he is a genuis. Whether you lose or not will always be there for you❤
Actually, he has a point. Everyone can smack the ball hard when the ball is dead in the air. I also agree with the use of a variety of balls and not just one type that dominates the tournaments because it only favours the hard hitter players. Diversity in balls, surfaces and how fast the surface is makes tennis more exciting as it tests the ability of the players to adjust and adapt to it.
I think that maybe the journalist meant self harm as in the way Daniil acts sometimes makes the crowd go against him and it harms him as a result. I do not know for sure though!
I also connect the term ‘self-harm’ with Rublev and thought he was about to ask Meddy on how he could help his friend. But it was just a ‘lost-in-translation’ scenario in the end and Daniil was clever enough to know what the interviewer was trying to ask.
Gaining a penalty point, in a decisive game, is self-harm. It's not a dumb question. The relationship with crowd is unealthy too. Turin people was always correct, didn't deserved his disrespectful behavior of sunday. Despite everything, today it was still rooting for him
@@peace7482he is a great player. Despite these conditions he is still no.4 in the world. But its harder for him to win. Its harder for him to play the style he enjoys playing and comes natural to him. He can play another style for the season but it is mentally harder and less natural and he cant compete as well against the top players like that
What? He's supposed to answer to questions in English in Russian? 😂 I'm sorry mate, English is an internationally spoken language, not Russian. You should be proud that he is so well-spoken in a foreign language and can share his insights with the world. Instead you are pushing some petty agenda.
Yes, finally! Daniil's press conferences always deserve a separate and longest video from other players, his is the most interesting to listen to

Deminaur has left the chat 💀
I love Daniil Medvedev’s press conferences. He’s always honest, transparent and knowledgeable. So insightful.
Press conference specialist. Love or hate, this guy's a genius.

That 's why he is Chess of Mastermind
Can he please have a pod cast. He is a joy to listen to on drive home. You have one of best personalities on men's tour. Bravo😊
YES!!!❤❤❤❤
I so agree with you!! ❤
Yesssss! Great idea!
Andrei and Daniil podcast 😅
I love Meddy. He has such a great tennis IQ. He is really interesting to listen to. I'm glad he came back in this match.
Daniil is a gem. I would love to see him become a commentator when he retires as he'd be great.
And an on court interviewer like Jim Courier now
@@halflink 100%
Medvedev had such great ideas this conference! Listen to him ATP, PIF & ITF!!
After the meltdown of the first match, Daniil is back in form, great on court and insightful on the press conference! Glad for him!!
Thanks for your interview! It was entertaining! Good luck 🍀
Danil is unique in press conference too he is open 😂😂

Daniil spitting the facts on the tour calendar
I love Daniil, he is absolutely crazy
I'd say he's one of the sanest guys on the tour.
What a conference! Bravo
This is fascinating- Daniil is so analytical and also honest.
Gotta just love Meddy. Well done!!❤❤❤
Best of luck dear Daniil in the next match!! 🤞💪❤️
Always nice to hear a genius speak
@1:38 hahah 26 x better than the first match... love him

I don‘t like his on court behavior but outside the court and especially in interviews and press conferences he is super.
He could be a Psychologist or Psychiatrist or even a writer ✍️ we love Danii ❤🎉
Im surprised at how good their memories are of past matches. They can relate to 3rd point of the 4th game 2nd set of a tournament a few yrs previously
What a guy
Such a great player and super smart and relaxed, just wish he would show more emotion when winning. He most often look like he could not care less.
He doesnt😂😂😂😂
At this level psychology becomes a very important factor in a players performance and the match outcome.
Meddy is definitely my fav tennis player.
This is the first time he’s publicly acknowledged switching to gut mains, even though he’s played 24 matches with that setup this year.
congratulations Daniil 🤌💯
Daniilllllll
The self harm question 8:01 was so dumb. Did he think he was taking to Rublev? He got his Russians confused? Throwing a racket is not self harm
I think that maybe the journalist meant self harm as in the way Daniil acts sometimes makes the crowd go against him and it harms him as a result. I do not know for sure though!
It’s Ubaldo, that’s his shtick - always tries to provoke everyone that’s not Italian/Novak

The most down to earth, pragmatic player on the circuit!
I want this guy to win it all!
Vamos Daniil
Love listening toMeddy
8:01 Does anyone know the name of this journalist?
Always interesting to listen…
Only post match conference i like to watch is Danii's😊
Medvedev saying true 👍
Sometimes annoying on court but I love his interviews.
Today's Daniil Medvedev message 🔈🔉#BlockTheNoise 😄😊 👍👌👏🫶
Always honest, transperant and speaks his mind instead of giving political correct answers
I lose easy, it's ok. I win easy, it's perfect. I lose tough, it's ok. I win tough, it's perfect.
Meddy(2024)
Medvedev is sinners most dangerous opponent apart from alcaraz. Sinner has to be the favourite but it wont be easy
It's got nothing to do with the "quality" of materials. The mfrs designed them that way to prolong rally, simple as that.
I like Danil, but he talks like he's the only player affected by the slower balls...
Even in this interview, Zverev was discussed, who also talked about balls.. Daniil is not the only one
Well technically his technique and game style is very rare on tour so he probably is being effected the most 🤷♂️
That only proves that he's not that versatile of a player. Great players find the ways to win despite the conditions.
@@peace7482 being a top 10 player for years really doesn’t scream adaptable

Даниил, ты че по русски разучился говорить что-ли? Смотри, научим...
He doesn't like russian

Бро, ты че куришь. Здесь все интервью проходят на английском, или теперь каждый игрок должен проводить пресс-конференции на своем родном языке?
SUCH AN AMAZING & POWERFUL PLAYER.WITH HIS INCREDIBLE HEIGHT, MANAGES TO STILL BE POETRY IN MOTION WHEN HE JUMPS. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE.✨️🫅🏻✨️
