What was the reason of the power on button to be faulty?
In this case, the phone had screen protection and the technician used glue that malfunctioned the buttons. I do not recommend glue to be used in excess.

I'm so sad because that all look so easly in the video. But when i'm trying remove buttons, this smal piece is like stuck inside.. I can't remove it in any way. I don't know.. my model is too perfect made or what.. heavy to fix.
Hi, you don’t have to give up so quickly. You need to have a good and powerful light (flash from the phone), thin tweezers (with which to grab small objects), and a little patience and it will be solved.
However, an easier way to remove it is to remove the battery and the motherboard (top) for easier access. The button tape is glued with a special adhesive, so a pair of tweezers can help a lot. Please remember that the bottom flex cable can be removed without removing the chassis bottoms.
