This is so accurate. Older man, has a nice guy demeanor but is very manipulative with anger management issues. Has redeeming qualities and we shared sweet moments but he literally wasted almost 3 years of my life. I’m thankful for those good times, but I know there will never be commitment on the horizon. I would have also been sharing that man’s heart with other women. I gave so much to him and his child. Thankful to walk away slightly unscathed. Had I stayed I’d have lost every ounce of my peace of mind. My daughter is happy it’s over too, lol.

The guy i had been waiting on for contact came back. First day was good. But, I had blocked him on social media the day before. He found out and was pissed. I suspect he was stalking me. He told me before the no contact that our friendship wasn't working and then following few days said that he hated me.
How he responded to the block, while I can understand he was upset or hurt, it was all that I needed to experiance. He is an asshole and I refuse to let this man-child pull me back into his dark portal of trauma. It was everything I needed to start completely letting him go. It's a struggle at times. I feel his energy in mine but I verbal tell him to F off when I feel that pull.
