Yes brother, Artline is the best brand for a beginner. Before I purchased this brand, I had to draw with Doms which is also a good one within budget.

And the most important thing is paper, if the paper quality is not good the expensive or cheap pencil does not matter. so I would recommend to beginners that if you want to invest in something if you have money so you should investing good quality papers not good quality pencils. Below 100 I prefer Artline because as I have experienced the Dom's pencils are less dark and the wood quality was not good I found very much difficulty in sharpening the pencils but this i didn't found in Artline
