Yamaha YZ125 2001 2022
Riding like that with my daughter is one of the funnest things to do in this life! You guys rock 🤟🏻
Couldn't agree more!
That 2001 YZ is an amazing build.
Cheers.
thanks bro!
@dirtniron Build that 01 some more? I guarantee you get Way more torgue and power everywhere While its still like 125 2stroke if you do 140cc with +2mm bore (which you already have with 134) and +2mm stroke, Keihin pwk 36 oval bored on top to 39,5 and even use plate in that goes thru the carb in the middle of the bore on both sides of the slide. That way until half throttle the velocity is the same as half of the carb size. And it helps with turbulence all the way rev range etc.. Search HP Race Development yz140 on Google he writes about it and theres few dyno graphs on some other race machine yz144 and 140 and the 140 is better everywhere and sure Rips 44rwhp. And that PWK either 36mm or 38mm is So much better for low end then TMX. And that 36mm oval bored to 39,5 with carb plate is also the best way get power everywhere. Consider✊️🤪👌
That’s the greatest! It will be a memory builder for your son and family. I remember this also with my son. We rebuilt a number of great bikes together, some of them were his. We rode together also. Cherish these times with him, he may loose interest in a few years to other things, only to return to it again and seek your knowledge and wisdom. Great job!!
Thank you for sharing, great moments for sure 👍
Man those bike are beautiful!!! That 2001 looks amazing, my son has an 03 we’re working on now, won’t be as spiffy as this though, that thing has all the bells and whistles!!
glad you like it, have fun with your project Joe!
That is awesome Rado, you can't beat riding with your kids... I am taking a ride with my son later today, if the rain cooperates we may head to your side of town and hit the trail just uphill from your place
Have fun guys, trails should be prime!
That’s awesome Rado! That is stuff that will last a lifetime brother. ❤
Thanks Eric, appreciate it 👍
Love the bike and the time spent with your son. I would suggest you take a little time looking at your son in the video and work on his technique. He is only going to get faster the more he rides and I would hate to see him get hurt because of bad technique. If your wondering what I am talking about just watch him and then watch Ryan Hughes or AJ Catazaro videos and you will easily pick out what I am referring to. Love the channel and can't wait to see what the future brings!!!
Rado your days are numbered, your son is only 13 and it won't be long before you won't be able to catch him, these kind of moments are what life is all about.
thanks Rob, great times for sure!
I hope I get to do this w my kids
❤️💙yz125’s rock🙏🏽
