“Standby for dragon ball z” thats when nostalgia hit me
Blue Gender still looks terrifying. I should probably watch it after 15+ years.
Shit gave me nightmares too as a kid and I had to skip the trailer each time as a kid when watching this very VHD Tape
@@condog209 They did so good with that trailer lmaooo I was like "this some scary shit mane"
Man these Dragonball Z openings really bring back memories.
That first trailer always scared the living shit out of me so I would always fast forward it lol
Ahh I miss these dbz on vhs seeing what other anime was out there the good old days.
And bein able to have episodes in the palm of your hands, WEEKS ahead of it bein aired on Toonami.
Omg the memories at 10:01 I remembered watching dbz on Cartoon Network and that would always hype me up.. damn time goes by fast :'(
I love how they fail to specify which DBZ game they're advertising for.
There must be like 50 something DBZ games from 1999 to 2003
EsotericGamer They probably didn't care since as long as it was DBZ, it would sell
@Vidsigma Yeah, it was Legacy of Goku. You can tell by the Infogrames logo at 9:50
I love that they used the Ocean Dub
@@taylorturner8591 Especially since the "Ultimate Uncuts" and "Boxsets/Orange Bricks" wouldnt come out for another handful of years..... although for this commercial, they coulda' gotten Sean, etc. to do adlive lines for the characters...
this is a great example to show to people who say vhs looks like crap. you can hardly tell the difference between this and dvd. blu ray on the other hand... its just never the same as watching it on vhs though.
What in gods holy name where they smoking when making that blue gender ad?!
The Blue Gender trailer I have no problem with it other than it being awesome. But I always thought it was questionable yet hilarious to advertise it on an Edited version of DBZ where kids that are like 5 years old watching it.
I’ve got some of these vhs tapes but it’s my dream to own all of the original funimation dub uncut on vhs
Oooh awesome 👌👏😎what all vhs tapes volumes u got
omg thank you sooooo much QuQ
Man, this is so cool!
Yes
I remember that I have that tape when I was like 6 years old
So amazing so so dope I miss these too
Damn im only 19 but this brings back memories
You were raised right if you watched this as a child. Im 21
I may not matter but I really do hope they give options for dbz openings soon, id buy the while series again.
My childhood 😢😢😢😢
I love those figurines, although even knockoffs look pretty close nowadays! Lord Slug would be a cool figure to own.
I made a MGM(20th Century Fox) print to this Videocasette
I miss this
How did you convert vhs to your computer?
