We need to make our youth and new up and coming feel like they have purpose. We need more videos like this.

First of all, nice analysis of these 5 players!
    Go Canada!
This question is not U-20 related; but it is about a developmental player. Does anyone know what Canada (now Jesse Marsch) is doing to try to get the young impressive midfielder, Grady McDonnell, who is already 6' tall at only 16 year old & who became the youngest player to sign a CPL contract when he joined Vancouver FC in 2023 at the age of 15?
Vancouver coach, Afshin Ghotbi, has marvelled at McDonnell's performance in pre-season, calling him "one of the best young athletes in North America."
"How he's improved, literally since Feb. 20, is incredible," Ghotbi added. "This guy's for real. Every day he's getting better. He works very hard at his profession.
He grew up in Canada; but his father is Irish & from what I see, Ireland has been the much more aggressive country at getting him to youth tournaments. He just left Vancouver in May to play with the Irish national U-16 team for the UEFA Development Tournament.
He looks like he would be a huge win for Canada's future, if we could get him to start playing consistently with our national team.

@@HaydenYoshi I would say don't give up until after U23 (or until he's actually really capped).
Try and get as many good dual nats and promote the team (make him the pivot point, future team could be built around him).

We (Canada) qualified for the youth World Cup in 1979. Met Maradona at a Tokyo hotel where we were staying at. Maradona proved to us that he was the worst piano player in history while we proved that we were the worst singers in history. Had fun though. An experience I’ll never forget.

Are all the duel nationals you mentioned capped tied to Canada ? If not, then it’s uncertain if they can help us in the future- thanks for clarifying

Dude our country is multicultural, you will see cultures from all over on our team. If you don’t like it, don’t watch!
