I have been seeing a build centered around her traps that make them do a considerable amount of damage. A standard version of this build would be Realmspike sup item, Sorc shoes, Liandries, Ludens, Morello, and Rabadons. Nearly the same runes as in the vid also. Also maxing w first is the way to go for this build in that you get a bit of base damage but more importantly also lowering the cooldown on your traps. Lvling nids abilities only go for her ranged form and her q only gives a bit more base damage and her heal is a good contender and second max bc of the atk speed growth and base heal to your adc who will benefit very well with it. You will have whatever side of the map littered with traps that will knock squishies at half and tanker champs getting chunked a good bit also with liandries bc of the extended dot on the traps along with other things. I would recommend trying it out like I did and have fun making mini teemo shrooms.
i use to be stuck silver for 4 years. and i destroy the gold lader in 1 week with nidalee support no cap. so im gonna give my contribution to the nidalee support community :) ( my english is bad they will be many spelling mistake). 1.For me Aery is a better rune cause that proc on your heal and make you more solid in lane. 2.If your party goes bad/they are many tanks bruiser) you can build liandry into anti heal and lucidity boots.your traps gonna be super usefull and you can create pressure even in late game.Nidalee win many value to be more tanky tho 3.Ban caitlyn if shes meta : too much range and counter your bush pressure with better trap then yours.If caitlyn isnt showing you can ban pyke who make the lane super hardto abuse. 4.Your super mana dependant before your first back so dont be greedy on spire. In fact your not forced to use your spire but use the fear of the spire against your ennemy. 5.perssonaly i dont buy potion a the start to help me make a meji if i got a early kill.flippy but nidallee is strong early so theyr not many bad trade for her at this time of the game 6. the best synergie with nidalee is to have big cc front lane top/mid or Jungle to balance your weekness and allow you to throw your spire.renekton,rammus,skarner ect ect.... 7. in the laning phase,look how your ennemy click and react to your spears.if the support click less for example,focus the support.You have to be in their head. 8.If the both ennemy click like a faker, now its going to be hard.In that case dont tilt and dont focus on spire anymore but on your heal and trap.Thios gonna make pressure in lane even for high helo player 9.if you winning the lane around level 6,you dont wanna keep botlane. instead, say to your adc to play safe, ward for him then roam on the map. At this moment if you play well, you can put the bigest pressure ever on the mid and top. 10. don't say u gonna pick nidallee support but after ban mtfckg pick that nidalee support .
