So... If a person struggles to receive, blame them for not receiving. Jesus healed them all!! He never, ever, told anyone they didn't have enough faith. No, but he did scold the disciples (ministers) for THEIR unbelief.
So, I've been fighting this torment since 1997 😢 almost 30 years. And, I feel guilty because I'm still in pain, struggling to barely function. How do I receive what Jesus provided?

Receiving healing is not a sum of our good works, confessed sins, and quoted scriptures. Rather, receiving healing flows from our relationship with the Father: a confidence in His love and a revelation of His truth. Jesus' yoke is easy and His burden is light (Matt. 11:28-30). His work is finished, and there's no striving in His love. We pray that you are being filled with a fresh revelation of God's heart for you as you quiet your heart to receive from Him.
