Gameplay footage from Level Master V: Unofficial Add-Ons for Quake, a compilation CD chock full of the latest and greatest add-ons from the 'Net as powered by AT&T Worldnet™ Service. This video demonstrates the exclusive "Level Master edition" levels which are 21 user maps modified to include completely new textures (for legal purposes) and to add a number of user-made monsters such as Bazooka Babes, Psionic Slugs, Snakemen, and the potentially copyright-infringing Manga Babes.
Note: The in-game footage was recorded in DirectQ (directq.codeple...) in order to provide a high-resolution, widescreen viewing experience.
It's a remarkably efficient method to clear out a pool of Rotfish.
Also, it's a suitably "shocking" way to end the video that really "sparks" the viewer's interest.

But look at how many mods exist for Skyrim, Fallout 4 and Minecraft, maybe a few others.
