The scholars are like doctors for the ignorant... I think Al Hasan al Basri said this. Even though many Muslims don’t know i.e. lack knowledge that is why Allah has blessed some of us like Abu Mussab with knowledge to inform the ignorant or those lacking knowledge. As Allah said in Surah Nahl He brought you out of your mothers womb not knowing a thing. We all never knew a thing and this should always make us humble when it comes to knowledge

In the 6 pillar of aqeedah, qadr is a heavy subject to discuss. Sometime our foundation easily shaking because of misunderstand the concept qadr. tq for brought up this topic. i hv been waiting so long to someone can deliver this topic in a lecture format.
A good example of Qadr that I like is; You have a teacher who knows from the way the student acts in class and from his lack of work that this student will receive an F on the next exam, however the teacher cannot fail the student on the spot he must allow his student to take the exam so the student has a fair shot or the student will ask the teacher how he knew he was going to fail.
the example of the emplpyee at the end falls short of harmonizing free will and qadr, it seems to show that we dont actually have free will but we only do not know the end result and therefore need to perform deeds
