Guys, I never comment but you should ABSOLUTELY do an entire podcast about that 10x your revenue part. Talk about protocols you use to generate ideas, what kind of info you would be looking for etc. That would be a top tier podcast.
In our twenties, we try to get girls numbers. In our thirties, we try to get guys numbers....😎 Savage....Killed it🥊 I think we should bookmark this.....
Thank you for the mic drop (Put myself in the place of what if I had it all figured out, what if I knew what I was doing, what if I have already done it, what if it was already done, This will allow me to walk through my day with a greater sense of presence and ease and joy, less stress, less anxiety , less of a sense of rush)
I have a great idea that goes with the conversation and i’m trying to iterate and improve. Basically a website or platform when influencers and businesses can connect. It would be a more streamline process for agreements like logan paul and prime or the rock and tequila. They can see how many followers the influencer has and what they could sell and promote the best. Then the influencer can also see the numbers of the business so they can think how much they can make with the deal. So basically they each have user profiles, able to send messages from both sides, payment system, and review system for both sides.Could also make a thing to measure everything like (how much made, audience effected and other big factors
Love this entire episode and the last 10 minutes were gold. Love that you both talk through what the audience is thinking and wants to know. All the details are great. Thanks for being such an open platform to talk about finances and life and how they relate.
Many wealthy individuals maintain their wealth by adopting frugal spending habits similar to those of the less affluent. They also prioritize continuous investment, whereas some poorer individuals tend to spend extravagantly without focusing on long-term investments, often attempting to impress those who are already wealthy.
Exactly! My grandparents were so frugal but they had a TON of money on both sides. I remember my grandfather telling me "you want to make money while you sleep." And I guess that attitude passed down to my dad (RIP), because I remember going to his house one day and I had bought something I really liked, so I wanted to show it to him. So I said "Look at this! Isn't it cute? It was on sale...I saved 50%!" My dad replied "Well, if you're spending, you're not saving." Obviously I had no retort, and that has always stuck with me.
Saving and investing wisely while prioritizing necessities and a few small luxuries in relation to one's total assets is a great approach. It helps ensure financial stability and I my for the enjoyment of life's little pleasures without compromising long-term financial goals. It's all about finding a balance that works for you!
Shan, could you tell us how you structure a "content cofounder" deal? For instance, how would you stucture the deal if you were to do it again? (do you ensure some content production in advance, a number of mentions in the pod, number of workshops...? Would be a great topic for a specific episode 🙏
I've founded 2 very successful companies around real estate development (I've been a developer for 17 years) and investing and have never taken VC or outside investment. However, now that we are starting to teach people how to become a Local Real Estate Developer in their community (focusing on the smaller and medium towns that the big "professional" developers overlook for many reasons) it makes a ton of sense that we would collaborate with the right person/group that has an existing and compatible audience. I've always dug the MFM podcasts and Sean and Sam's vibe. Keep doing what you guys are doing both with MFM and Moneywise!
Super insightful episode fellas!!! Also, Congrats to NICK for initiating the Shepard investment and passing the information on to you guys!!All praises to him and the original Owner.👏🏼🎊🎉
I think there is a common misconception that puts wanting more money when you are rich as a sort of argument against “money makes you happy”. It is not a contradiction. The gym makes me happy. I still want to go to the gym often and become stronger. Training MMA makes me really happy. I’ve been doing it for 20 years and I will continue to do it because I want to get better and enjoy the process. Money does make you happy. It doesn’t solve all your problems. But nothing does.
I swear Shaan is the KING of “Mr. Me Too”..😂..Love his strategy of riding on coat tails.🤣..We’re already used to claims of already knowing about, or already participating in whatever topic Sam brings up, but he also piggybacks and capitalizes off other folks business momentum..🤔😆.. If said business or idea is successful, he talks about it with the hubris of someone that played a huge role .😂..Gotta love it! As the saying goes, “why work harder, when you can work smarter?!?”..😂😂❤
Well he invested in the business and he’s celebrating his successful investment pick. He also did have a big part of the companies success I believe he tripled their sales by promoting it.
I’m a new investor. I opened up an account just bc of the bud light marketing with Dillon M. I knew the company would drop and go back up. I did well w that and some other companies. Any advice is helpful and how can I learn more quickly?
Best part of today’s pod: Shaan hasn’t picked the Tony Robbins giveaway! Felt like I asked the hot girl to prom, through text, and she hasn’t texted back.
Epic episode as always, bla bla, yeah, you are awesome, whatever... are we all just not gonna address the one grey hair on Shaan's eyebrow? 😅 Must be where all his wisdom is stored! Jokes aside, epic stuff as always 😘
Fascinating story of growth and strategic partnerships at Shepherd! Holding on to shares during such a significant buyout speaks volumes about the long-term vision and belief in the company's future. 👍
I want to partner with my friend who is a big food chef influencer with a drink product. He makes great content and gets engagement. Do you think a drink product would convert with his food following?
Nice one , Hey Sam I remember you wanted to put your hands on search arbitrage arena , I’d love to show you what we’ve built Ping me wherever you want Dan Shabtay
Born and raised in Duluth. Started Kindergarten and graduated high school. Folks still live there.

very true, a huge part of my portfolio growth has come during this bear market. I've been able to scale from $180K to $572K in a short period of time.
How do you do that? I'm interested
Thanks to my co-worker (Alex) who suggested
Ms Brenda Leigh Van.
oh man, Shaan describing how he felt when he made is the best thing I ve ever seen! He is hilarious!
