Arey, 6th qn is wrong. you hv used wrong formula yaar. Actually speaking, 2as = v^2 - u^2. But, you have taken 2as = u^2 - v^2. KINDLY CORRECT THIS MISTAKE!

You are wrong...eqn to be used here is (v1+v2)/2....the eqn u mentioned is used when "half of the distance" is covered with speed v1 and the other half with v2

Distance 1 =s×t
I.e, 40×t/2,
20t=Distance 1
similarly Distance 2= 30t
avg. speed= total distance/total time
=(20t+30t)/t
hence avg speed=50km/h
