Wow! That is very interesting. I see what you mean by the sounds it makes. The motor startup at the top sounds just like an ISIS start up.
I honestly can't tell what these are. I thought ISIS couldn't use Traditional, but I very well could be wrong on that.

I don't think these are ISIS, and also ISIS II is a false term from what I have seen. I've been on some TKs that sound like this and I believe they're just SPF. Do you know for sure that they are MRL?
I'll have to go back and see. I think ISIS can be also be overhead machine room.
While it may not have been called "ISIS II," there were definitely 2 generations.
I usually just refer to it as "second generation ISIS."
There are many ways to differentiate 1st & 2nd gen. products, so whatever way works.
ISIS elevators can go that tall? Wow.
ISIS II can go all the way up to 30 floors.
