Your comment cracked me up. I was like WTF??? then I read the whole thing and started ROTFL. What so funny is that Jo didn't really speak up for him at the schoolboard hearing. All she did was stutterer and blurt out how she was fallin' in love w/ him. I was like..Really? Really, Jo? At his hearing? You went there? I can't even...
I rolled my eyes throughout this entire scene. Jo's reaction was so over the top and ridiculous. Jo is acting like a hurt exgirlfriend but fact is danny NEVER expressed any romantic interest in her ,he told her over and over she was his bestfriend. Dacey's relationship was their business and no one else's.
omg i was reading this and wondered what show you were watching. I reached the middle of your comment and was getting ready to write a response and did not know where to start so I read to the end. OMG SO FUNNY!!!
Exactly. This was bad writing all the way around. Not only did this scene make Dacey look like idiots for pandering to Jo, but it turned Jo into this bratty, irrational, unrelatable character. I'm sure that wasn't the writers intention, but that's how it came across to most viewers. Up until ep10, I actually liked Jo. After this, I just couldn't stomach her behavior & was pissed with what they did to Lacey & Danny's characters as well. Let's hope the writers get everything back on track in 1B.

I loved the way that Lacey stood next to Danny when he moved up to tell Jo that she was supportive of her. Team Dacey for life
I love the glances Lacey and Danny when Lacey is telling Jo that her and Danny are over.

I feel so bad for poor Jo because Danny told her he loved her all the time, and they kissed and they were romantically involved, and her video was leaked all over the school, and Lacey just stole Danny away from her even though she knew Jo liked him but didn't tell Jo because they've been unconditional BFFs for like 5 minutes, and she told Lacey she had feelings for Danny well before she blurted that out to the whole courtroom. Oh wait... that never happened.
Jo has some nerves to say that about Danny and Lacey. She the one who keep telling insisting that Lacey give Danny a chance, so she really dont have any say so about what they were doing on that video, she needs to get a life.

After this episode the show went downhill n never got better smh episode still pisses me off n I stayed pissed with all the rest of the episodes after to the finale,n don't let me get started on that trainwreck smh
This is like the 20th time I've rewatched this scene & I'm still scratching my head wondering WTF R Dacey explaining themselves 2 her. Can someone please explain this 2 me cause I just don't get why every1 is catering 2 Jo's feelings? I get that she's jealous and Danny has lied to her and Lacey before. However, I don't see how he lied 2 her n regards 2 Lacey. It was their business & not once did he ever give her R any1 else the impression that he wanted her thirsty ass.
She needs 2 shut up i am so tried of her complaining all the time # poor danny. For putting up with it

Can someone tell me why this show STILL hasn't addressed the issue of this video??? It's all over school and you mean to tell me not ONE administrator or teacher has seen it and reported it??? Complete B.S.!!! I can write better in my sleep!!! AWFUL! Jo's upset YET AGAIN and everyone has to rally around her to make her feel better. They need to separate D & L from her.

Join the club. I don't get it either. Danny and Lacey did not LIE to Jo. They were dating for less than 2 weeks and had every right to keep it private for a bit until they felt ready to be more open. How is it Jo's business? Neither of them knew Jo liked Danny, and thats the day they found out the video was released, so they didn't even have a chance to tell her. The writers really messed up with this as it makes no sense to prioritize blow one girl's crush over the teens actually in the video.

And Im not taking away that Jo feelings should be hurt but she is being over dramatic and a little selfish, Yes Lacey and Danny kept their relationship a secret but jo is O.D. (OVER DOING IT) . Jo acting like she tells Lacey everything...She didn't tell Lacey she had feelings for danny until episode 10. but DACEY should feel bad hooking up? So Over Jo! I use to love her, now Im just sick of her crying all the time!

I love Janny, but this part I really didn't understand. I don't get why she is calling them liars. I can see why she would be a little upset do to the fact that she likes them, but I have to agree she shouldn't be getting made at them just because they didn't tell her about it. Even know this part didn't make any sense, I still like Jo.

This Scene Just ANNOYS the f**k out of me, why are they explaining their love to jo? She don't own Danny and He isn't her man!...I can see her feeling bad because she(Jo) likes danny but wtf is she staying home from school and laying around being miserable like she was the one who was filmed on camera and being bullied at school!?? If anything Lacey is the one who should be pissed off because she is the one that's been hurt the most out of all this. Jo did her confession at school.but this is BS

Well to play the devil's advocate.......wow, well this is awkward I'm trying to figure out how I can accurately defend Jo, but I got nothing.her best defense is that she's a whiney 16 year old girl who thinks she's in love like omg guys her best friends totes let her embarrass herself and get rejected...bummer.
