You think this is a good idea until you realize you’re buying a $550,000+ house then they assess a $40,000 PID on top of that you can finance for 6.25% a year. We were sold on this community until we learned about the PID.
Well just about every neighborhood in Celina has a PID so maybe a completely different city is what you should be looking for. I would recommend Rockwall better tax rate around there and not as many PIDS but the communities and the amenities around the area don’t stack up to Celina and what’s around it and what’s to come but everyone has there own thing they care more about when owning a home

Just had our pre-construction meeting with Perry Homes in North Sky in Celina. American Legend and Perry Homes models opened two weeks ago.

@@DAPA.DANIEL Rockwall is over an hour away. I have no desire to deal with that bridge or PGBT to get to Frisco everyday
